Daily cardio & step target.
Set your Maintenance calories. Eat 1g protein per 1lb of BW and make the rest up from carbs and a few healthy fats.
Get your sleep in, drink 4-5 litres of water
Train hard and enjoy it and see how you respond buddy.

Great session today although a little later due to going car shopping. Bought pheebs a new baby mobile and got rid of the 240i for an X3 proper mum wagon.

Your test result is capped at the top of the test readings. Standard lab tests can’t read supraphysiological levels, so it’ll show 40 nmol/L no matter if you’re on 200 mg or 500 mg.

The high free test also lines up with you running more total androgen than you think.So either get bloods pulled from a diff lab. Check the source of your Mast and get some lab results.
maybe switch to primo or a little EQ to conbtrol E2 if you start feeling like there are some symptoms.

Evening guys 313.2lbs this AM BW still trending up. Feel like Im still trying to catch up on sleep from a mental couple of weeks. But a great training session today. Trained push local as Im still super busy with work so training more local is just handy at the minute. Whilst I get back in front with work.
Been for the final consult for my knee this evening and it was some good news. 1 operation instead of 2 operations…..
Revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction + bone-tendon-bone autograft + lateral extra articular tenodesis
I think basically 3 procedures in one. But they can drill a new tunnel in my tibia without affecting the knee. or the old one.
So its just waiting for a date now. which should be in the next 12 weeks hopefully in before the baby is due so I can start having some rehab. If not I have asked to wait until we are out of the first few months. The positives its just 1 recovery not 2 operations.
Should really be into the swing of things with training over the coming weeks so really looking forward to progressing

So another mental weekend done ☑️
So Saturday had clients competing in Denmark 🇩🇰 Richie took a class win and just got pipped in the overall for the pro card. 4 peaks in 5 weeks is tough for anyone.
But he’s handled it very very well. Now it’s time to get fresh and recover this week, a recovery phase well needed, before we plan the attack for the off season
Then I world the Corner for my mate who had his first white collar fight at the weekend in London. He won 2nd round stoppage in a close fight to that point.
We ended up driving home 3.5 hours as I had forgot a part to my cpap machine. So got in at 4am up at 8:30am for more check ins.
Then it was the gender reveal tonight…..

I can only speak on what I have done myself and with clients.
I have had 2 clients this years successfully concieve. One wanted to do it off TRT the other wanted to stay on….
They both ran HCG & HMG alongside other supps to support motility and morphology.
I ran 20 weeks completely off and went to TRT 120mg/wk in June. We conceived in July
Both ways can work. It’s not our choice

Bodyweight was 310lbs this AM which is up 7lbs since Tuesday but I think it’s defo some inflammation from pull and then legs I was smashed today and needed the rest. Will go back in for upper tomorrow. It’s been a busy couple of weeks recently but coming to then end of the season now and I will have some more time on my hands which is nice to be able to

Both of those reasons. More control in the eccentric will cause greater stress on the muscle, and also it will be safer and more accurate. 3-4 seconds is a nice amount of time on the negative.

Another rammed day today client work this AM then up to EP jungle to train legs with a client and in person check in. Few posing tweaks made and very happy with what we have done in a couple of weeks pulled 5kg off with 1.5 weeks out before Japan. So let’s see what we can do to finish the job!
Legs are smoked rest day tomorrow and a good catch up on work…..
