Thanks so much for your time
Hello mate,
Same for me
Meal 1 pre and postBut at some points depending what is the look you wanna achieve, putting carbs last meal pre bed could be also a good option
It’s linked to what look you wanna achieve though

Clear and easy
I back up what Clare says. Ultimately deep into prep your main goal and focus should be muscle retention. This is largely going to come from maintaining training performance So putting your carbohydrates around your training windows would be the most beneficial.
However, for some sleep really starts to dip in the later stages of prep and the cals are low which can also cause muscle loss in which case putting carbs here could also be a benefit.Sleep and training needs to be protected as a priority so keep that in mind when planning out where you are putting your carbs. Hope that helps man!

Thanks
Figure out what feels better for you in terms of performance, recovery, satiety and sleep, and go with that option.

I’ll do like you tell me
I like split between meal 1, pre, and post
-
Thanks very helpful
As above – find out where they work out best for you. By this I mean were does placing them seem to give you best performance and recovery in gym while also helping to manage hunger and being on a diet etc.
For me I much prefer to keep carbs lower earlier in the day so I would be doing some pre, some post and some post post –

You inject it bud ?
Or do you mean dosing ?
Please elaborate a little more on the question so we can give you a proper answer
-
I would like to know the dosage of the injectable dianabol. Each ml has 75 mg.
-
Thanks I’ll focus in that.
Couldn’t agree more here, this is more normal than not especially on higher doses! Focus on hydration and bringing bp down
-
Thanks so much I’ll reduce the amount of gh.
yeh as J says – high doses of anything increases the chances of side effects.
Most of these drugs cause water retention through different pathways – the response and effect is just individual to us all but most people will notice a fair chunk of water retention from super high doses of GH like that.
There is a variable in terms of what Gh your using and also how you react but almost all will see a spike in BP if they take there Gh to 8-10iu – big dose that is

Thanks for your advice.
As Jordan says above , keep on top of supps and hydration
-
Thanks so much for your explanation and advice.
Any and all anabolics = increased BP = potential increase for headaches
Gh = increased water retention = potential for headaches
it’s normal , just drink more , lower your bp via supps / cardio / telmisartan
-
Thanks ryan. I’m going to do that.
I would suggest atleast lowering to 100/200mg to see if you have the same issue. If you have high rbc I’d recommend blood letting every 3 months.
-
Thanks peter.
Thanks kuba. But is normal have headaches?
Likely down to higher BP and elevated RBC
Take it out if it causes issues brother

its normal to have headaches from thicker blood and elevated blood pressure. Its not normal to have headaches full stop and means there is an issue – In this case likely thicker blood as EQ does this for some which in turn leads to high BP[/quote]
