Blood work will determine cycle lengths. Anabolics usually go higher in a cut as you are on less food. Less is needed when food is high.

This is concerning. I would stop it and see if it goes back. What brand is it

Peter has given great advice here. 1st you need to find your maintenance. So track everything you eat and I would initially push food hard. If you gain each week your in a surplus so slowly come down until you stop gaining and just maintain weight. From here you can then follow peters advice. I would keep steps at 10k initially too. Anabolics wise that’s more than enough to get results.

Peter has given you a good starting point. Your doses are high so it may seem modest but definitely enough to see how you get on with it. As always track bloods throughout. It’s worth trying all different compounds to see what works for you and what impacts your bloods the least.

You should get a good rebound and be able to grwo steadily with bfat at a minimum if you where very lean for your show. Once. Things start to get sloppy you can increase movement and then potentially pull back a little on calories

As Nathan suggested, ensure you also consume lots of high quality foods and plenty of micronutrients.
