Do what makes you happy, sounds like you don’t enjoy going to the gym or at least not at this moment. So take some time off, look at different hobbies, maybe it will come back to you.

After 3 weeks no movement you could consider an increase as long as body comp is good. I would start with carbohydrates unless fats are low. Just good wholefood non processed foods.

Omegas are definitely needed here too. It also depends if you are assisted or not as you would need additional health supps on cycle.

B Weight dropping fast at mo, not far from classic weight. After 5 years off everything im happy with how my transformation has come on. Maybe one classic show for old time sakes before I say goodbye to bodybuilding life and focus on breaking people fulltime.

Peter spot on here. You need to adjust your training to help with the knee. I also like hot and cold therapy. No issues with an extra serving of join in.

When you drink alot of water you release a hormone to excrete more. 6 to 7L is alot of water and your probably discarding alot of it. I would drop to 5 personally and ensure your nutrients are at optimal levels for Hydration.

I do as Clare says, feel like I’m sensitive enough for absorption of carbs post training so don’t bother but have them with all other meals. 1 per 50g carbs, no more than 3 per serving.
