I take the JP dream sleep and Ive been sleeping amazing on it. I like ashwganda with that combo pre bed. You can also use just ashwganda post training.

Great advice here. Alot of people think they need to change their training but you should be training just as intense and still progressing lifts until your legit peeled and you will know when your there.

I’d start on 5L water as too much can be as bad as too little then 6 turns of pink salt per meal then monitor how you feel from there. Track performance and blood pressure for example.

Blood work will determine cycle lengths. Anabolics usually go higher in a cut as you are on less food. Less is needed when food is high.
