Yes water retention will definitely occur when food is high and pushing weight. You could try splitting the dose or Id personally reduce it to 3iu 5 days a week.

I use them usually once I’ve hit target weight loss goals. So if I aim to hit 115kg by a Friday I will assess my look and feel once my goal is reached. If I feel good and pumps are good I will continue as normal. If I’m flagging after running low for a while and pumps are poor I know glycogen is low so i can put some additional carbs in. I usually start at double the dose I’m on and go from there. So when I hit my next target weight say 114kg I will restart the process and so on each week or every 10 to 14 days depending on how quickly I’m responding. You need to run flat or low to burn fat so it’s a fine line how long you run like this depending on the person. If assisted you may see results but not always relevant to the scale as anabolics are involved. However, in general you should expect to see gradual consistent weight loss on prep. I usually see a 2kg to 4kg gain depending on how far I’ve pushed the load. I keep fat low here unless it’s really not sticking then I will add some additional fat. I also like consistent creatine use to help with glycogen aswell as a gda like in sure as I don’t personally use insulin or require it as I don’t push to 800 plus grams carbs in general.

You need to drop cals or increase movement again. You haven’t made enough adjustment for you to drop on this occasion. It varies per person and can be harder for some.

I still use liquid l carnitine as the jabs I found hurt alot. I get the 3000mg dose. In terms of droplets it’s thought that most get mixed with saliva as it’s released in the mouth as you put the droplets in. You then swallow so a large majority goes into the gut with saliva anyway.

If your stalling then yes you could remove 10g fat on each but I’d say steps should be around 12k first.

I like to pull back on food for a week or 2 to ease digestion before attempting to go back to full push calories. I’ve also reduced meals to 5 so put all calories into 5 meals so I get additional time for digestion between meals and more time during the night to empty stomach.

Eq can increase rbc which actually helps recovery. If it creeps too high you can donate blood every 3 months or so. I recommend this regardless as there’s plenty of Health benefits from it.

I can’t imagine your cardio being so intense that it impacts your recovery. If anything cardio will improve muscle recovery. I personally like steps as I can work them into my day and top up on a walking pad or running machine if needed.

    Just a little Update,

Food now pretty Low, sitting around 2k cals which seems drastically low but its just where I need to go to get lean, no matter my starting point with cals. Weight at 117kg so dropped 7kg over the last 7weeks. Fortunately I’m not a foody so low cals is not a problem for me. Once bfat hits a very low level I will begin to fatigue. I’ve felt this a little over the last 2 weeks but I reckon another 3 to 4kg and I will be close, I’m super flat come sat so I put in 500g carbs and a meal Off on a sat which puts around 2kg back on and things look alive again. This allows me to stay full until Tues before dropping below my previous weight the week before. 1kg loss a week was the goal and its been dead on each week. Super relaxed at the minute and enjoying seeing my body slowly come back.
