Jabbing daily is a new thing. Many great bodybuilders in the past would jab 2 to 3 x per week. I personally hate jabbing so do it over 2 days or 3 max. I’ve known pro bodybuilders jab one 5ml.jab once a week just because they don’t like jabbing. Is that optimal hormone wise, no but they certainly built a ton of muscle.

There are many bodybuilders that eat one or 2 protein sources all day so you will be fine. Eggs are very versatile so you can have a little variety here.

I usually eat zero carb meals for 3 or 4 meals then a meal off to control water retention post show but still enjoy some foods I’ve missed. I also keep movement in and 2 to 3000g.vit.c per day.

Agree definitely didn’t need a study to work out that a nap helps in sleep deprived or even non sleep deprived individuals. If you can get it in. I love a nap.

Don’t track it just add to meals. If you sweat lots or cramp regularly take more.

You face is bloated from water and fat when pushing food and anabolics I assume? Who cares?. If you don’t like that look get leaner.

Good start to the week today with my Strength moving up nicely on chest. Back in the 6 plate realm and weight at my original 125kg goal. Composition is still good so I’m going to push up a little more and doses Will remain at 600mg total for a while.

Switch for one of your usual meals and do some movement to help digestion. If your going overboard and putting too much fat on look.at your overall calorie intake.

Good week of training, my body is being nice to me and training is generally pain free. Weight still hovering around 124kg and everything is still going to plan. 3 to 4 more weeks before the tidy up. Looking forward to seeing Sas at the new York pro this weekend, one of my all time favourite physiques.
