If someone struggles to put on weight I wouldn’t have them run low carb days. If they get fluffy quick then yes lower carb days can help.

Electrolyte drink will help here. I use the jp one. Salt meals and do not over drink as excessive water intake will increase output and can make you more dehydrated. 6L is overkill in my opinion

As above get bloods then 300mg test is a good starting point. Should get some great results here. You could use JP oestrogen blocker to help here so hopefully you won’t need an ai at this dose.

This can change depending on when you tested and what you have eaten. I believe under 5.7 is in healthy range anyway. The main thing that will stop muscle growth is not training hard enough, which is around 90% or more of people that train. And ofcourse getting enough good food in.

A little red meat on prep is a good idea as you will get a different combination of amino acids. 5% fat is good.

Another week flown by. Currently at 124kg and overall dose moving up to 600mg this week. Added one proviron a day to lower estrogen a little and will increase health supps love heart and vital support as doses move up. 4 more weeks until I start dropping bfat. Food is going in, force feeding most days so looking forward to getting an appetite on a cut again.

If your not competing then why wouldn’t you enjoy a meal off once a week? If your competing then refeeds are utilised when someone is stalling or very very lean and dropping too quickly or even for a mental break. You can still get lean and enjoy a meal off for a social occasion or to enjoy something. You won’t get fat or ruin your physique with a meal off. If you don’t want it don’t have it. If you would like to then go for it.

Always used my fitness pal.in the past. Doesn’t matter if it adds other non direct sources as you know what you want to hit from direct protein. If you get 30g from whey and it adds 10g of protein from oats the total is 30g direct.

Weeks are flying bye at the minute. Everything going to plan. Dose is still super low at 200 test and 2 to.300 Mast. Will work upto to 400 test and 400 Mast to see how I feel here. Current weight 123kg. Need to get this up to 125 or more before working down again. Bfat not bad and current cals around 4k. Plenty of room to move anabolics up but plan to stay below 1g a week. 4 more weeks or so to push the bw up then I will start tidying up.
