    Jordan put it perfectly. Don’t overcomplicate things. If your eating a surplus and training extremely hard, getting stronger and sore after workouts and getting enough sleep then your doing everything you need to do to grow muscle.

    As Peter says it will takes 4 weeks for your body to clear test so you can then start a pct. Trt is used between cycles to stop test going below natural minimum range. It’s person dependent. I personally like to come off everything for atleast 3 months.

    The above is enough for sure. I’ve moved up to 300 400 for bodybuilding and my jitz cardio is suffering mainly due to large weight gain aswell.

    I would leave it as long as possible and competent naturally. If your a good natural bodybuilder you will be a good bodybuilder on cycle.

    PCT & fertility

    3 weeks after prop (slow ester 5 weeks) shot get bloods checked, test should be at 0 to 1 mml.

    Then 3 weeks 2000iu HCG every other day on the days your not shooting hcg take 25mg of aromasin (16 days).

    Tamoxifen only needed if you get gyno. 40mg split am and pm Every day for 40 days.

    After 3 weeks get bloods done again,. Base test should be at 8mmol if not run HCG for a further 20 days.

    If it is at 8mmol stop HCG. Start Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks. 50 mg for 4 weeks. 25mg for 10 days. Bloods checked should sit at 8mmol or more (base range 8to30mmol). Take before bed due to depression side effects. Clomid doubles production of LH levels. Pituitary needs to start producing FSH and LH after HCG, HCG does this sysntheticaly hence why we need to stop it once test is at base.

    For fertility

    Add 75iu HMG monday, wednesday, friday for 2 weeks.

    Sperm maturity takes 40 to 60 days. No sexually activity 3 to 4 days before your partners ovulation day. They can get an app for this.

    I think by cold you mean not energised maybe? As opposed to actually cold temperature wise. I find having a strong goal/dream will be enough motivation to get you ready for any session. So find something that inspires you to go to the gym and strive for your goal.

    Carbs are higher so they’ve dropped protein. When carbs drop often protein is increased to protect muscle. At your weight and if your natural it’s reasonable. Give a coach 6 to 12months and if your not happy with results try and new coach. If you don’t find a coach that can put muscle on or get you in shape the problem is probably not the coach.

    Try it, trial and error learn what works for you. The more you research anabolics and the more you try different things the more you realise anabolics play the smallest role in bodybuilding but are asked about the most on the Internet.

    Training going very well at the minute. Injuries are playing nice and still growing on minimal anabolics. Food is being pushed, one thing I have always struggled with is eating so I’m making it my priority to push food. 3 more weeks and I will pull Calories abit so it’s the last push of food. Weight around 124kg, can probably get this up 3 kg over the next 3 weeks. Midsection pretty tight for this weight. Looking forward to seeing what this year brings. Currently at 500mg total. Will push up slightly when Calories lower so I know I have room to grow a little more.

    I wouldn’t go that high and I’m 125kg. I like 2g to 2.5g per kg max 3g if carbohydrates are lower. Everyone is individual, don’t just jump to that, trial different amounts and track digestion, training and recovery.
