    I would taper the cardio back as your already doing a good amount of movement. 300kcal is good like you suggested then when you stall you can push up 300kcal again. Hard to say on weight gain as everyone is different. I would aim for no more than 2lbs a week Initially but there’s no rule. Just make sure you don’t make the mistake alot of people make by wanting to stay too lean in a push up.

    You can put in at the start of prep and start at the lowest dose 20mcg and increase when thing’s stall.

    Hey,

    Ideally you use antibac water with GH. I’ve heard people use normal water but it will build up bacteria quicker. It’s worth buying anti bac water online as it’s cheap.

    You can start sooner than 5 weeks if necessary. You shouldn’t get estrogen sides in theory as your not injecting testosterone so your levels will drop and therfore there’s less to convert to estrogen. When hcg goes in estrogen spikes hence the aromasin and or nolvadex. But yes you have the correct pct. I’d suggest some of the jps natty range to help levels when you have finished.

    That amount of estrogen is not bad unless you get negative sides. You could put 100mg primo in as mentioned a above ny estrogen is a Great muscle building hormone.

    It will slow the digestion of the whey post workout which ideally you want in your system quicker. It wouldn’t be an issue away from your workout but I’d opt for water Post.
