Hey man. So, this is my first cruise ever (did 2 cycles before). Cruising on 200mg test e for 6 weeks. Specific advice for me? I’m 21 years old btw and weighing 70kg (pretty lean) atm.
okay so your test will be just over the average levels at that dose, (TRT is around 150mg = 30mmol). I would get bloods done at the end of 6 weeks. You could keep cals the same and increase activity a little initially then adjust as you go. Take pictures weekly to assess condition. Adjust cals from there to match your goals. You should still be able to get results even at 200mg but recovery will not be as good so adjust training accordingly.

allright man, thanks. curious how this first cruise will go, since pct was absolutely hell for me & I never really fully recovered from it. about the cals: so bring them back to above maintenance or better to just stay at maintenance? goal is to add lean muscle mass, but ofc not much can be done in 6 weeks. with anabolics everything will go much faster of course. About increasing activity: you’re talking about weighttraining or about cardio? jup. will def do bloods after 6 weeks. will know what my test levels are then & if im ready to go health wise. the latter shouldn’t be a problem since All health markers will even in check while I was on the blast.

Yer PCT can be tough. Cals wise you will want a little surplus for growth, so yer above maintenance, don’t go on charts for cals, so many variables can change BMR, so push cals and track via weight and pics. In theory my maintenance should be 4500 but i eat nowhere near that and again i know smaller guys that need 5,000 cals a day. I would push above what you think your maintenance is and track. If you get too fluffy you can adjust, then when you blast you can push cals further. Activity i mean steps, so movement day to day, cardio etc.[/quote]

During my blast I pinned test e twice a week. Is one shot a week of 200mg test e fine now? Would it make a noticeable difference compared to pinning twice? the thing is: I feel like I waste so much liquid which stays in the needle after injecting, especially when only injection so much. you can pin once a week, however, twice is preferrable due to the half life. I personally use insulin pins for smaller doses, in lower bfat areas, for me the side of the quads is easiest and pain free.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

I wanted to wait some more to check them 3 months post last pin to check if everything is back to normal. Shouldnt have affected much since it was only 2 testE250 pins.
For the prolactin is there a way to decrease it naturally? i heard Maca and vit B6 are suggested. Got any experiences?

I would say get the bloods done again then post on here, i haven’t experienced it personally and think someone like @drdeanstmart would provide a more educated answer.

Weight at 115kg, i have attached current pics. see what the coach says, we may drop tren as if i can compete it won’t be until the end of the yr. Even though it’s only 150mg i don’t fancy running it that long. I will post up my cycle of there’s any adjustments.

I use EnZymedica Digest Gold with bigger meals and with all meals after my night shift. The day of me turning from night to day my digestion is a affected so these help out a lot.
However as Ryan said me focusing a lot more on general gut health and all the small things have made my need to enzymes a lot smaller.
If you go to one of Ryan first few pages in his log he got some great advise on gut health.. I started drinking peppermint tea because i saw him doing it.

Rest day today, absolutely shattered today, a sign that im pushing my body and my rest day was well and truly needed. I have legs tomorrow and i want to get a density day in this week. So il probably take fri and sat off to Prepare for sun. I could hit chest again but i feel like i need the density day for my back and legs.

okay, i would say try the natural route first, there are many ways that people do it and this is the version i have used and it worked well.
Fluid: 7days before showSat: 5litres
Sunday: 6LITRES
Monday: 6LITRES
Tuesday: 6 LITRES
Wednesday: 6 LITRES
Thursday: 7 litres,1000mg vit C, 500mg dandelion root, 7am, 11am, 7pm, 11pm.
Friday: 4 LITRES, 1000mg vit C, 500mg dandelion root, 7am, 11am, 7pm, 11pm Remove all sodium.
Saturday: 1 Litre up to stage time. Sip.1000mg vit C, 500mg dand root, first thing, pinch of salt to all meals.

Okay you have the natural option which can be effective or the pharmaceutical route? natural involves Vitc and dandelion root and then the pharmaceutical can involve drugs like Diazide and aldactone. Do you have any experience with either?

Preferably Youth Revisited but you could say to your GP your feeling run down and fatigued which is true and they will more than likely send you for tests. It probably won’t be as indepth or have a bodybuilding perspective like youth revisited though.
