how much are you wanting to run? every other is fine as is ed, just depends on doses you have run before and what you want to run now.

push today, good session, felt strong at the start, moved the 75kg Dumbbells pretty comfortably. fatigue kicked in pretty quick which is down to my weight drop and conditioning is coming in quickly. I’m finishing abs and calfs tonight along with 30mins of cardio. 1st week with more tren so hopefully notice a big difference.

And for refeeds I was just told to do 4 days of no carbs and when carbs were reintroduced I was given 80 grams a day I was expecting a full refeed after that

i wouldn’t do 4 days no carbs. You could do no carbs on non training days and make sure you place carbs around training say pre: 50g, during 25 to 50, post 75g. For an example. i would cut clem back to 40 and bring cardio down to 45mins. Your pretty lean already but you want to make sure you hold onto as much muscle as possible. There’s a fine line between pushing and going too far. once your weight levels out for a week or two then you can look at increasing clem to 60mcg. Do small steps each week, nothing drastic.

hey, how much clem are you taking? you could ease of that until weight loss stools. i personally wouldn’t want to lose more than a 1kg a week. Would do regular assessments/ pictures to check fullness. You could put in refeeds if your weight is dropping too quickly. post legs or back are good days

very difficult to say, would need to pinch fat on back, particularly lower and the top of the glutes. Is your midsection the 1st to come in?

great weeks training this week. Strength decreased a little but conditioning seems to be coming in quicker than expected. half tempted to compete but only if I’m better than last yr, will continue what we are doing, stress free and see how we look.
