1st update in a while on my log. Nothing exciting to report, jiu-jitsu training around 4 to 5 x a week and weights 4 to 5 times so keeping busy with training. Got a holiday next week so looking forward to full rest to let the little niggles heal up. Body composition pretty good at mo due to all the training and my mid section is the best it has ever been thanks to the jiu-jitsu lol. Tempted to compete again in classic one day but would do it on the bare minimum much like before as I have no interest in ever pushing doses. My goal is to be as healthy as possible and jiu-jitsu has really helped that.

Sounds like your taking things a little too seriously and stressing yourself out. Forget about diet, eat what you want, train like an animal and enjoy it again. Once you get to that stage then you can consider easing back into a plan again. Multiple champions have eaten what they want in the offseason, eating a controlled clean diet all year round doesn’t mean you will get more results than someone who doesn’t. Ultimately bodybuilding is genetic based, however, some can force on more muscle than they should be able to because they train like animals day in day out but there’s very few that can do that for 10, 15, 20years. Most important thing is to be happy and enjoy what you do, otherwise what is the point.

Trt dose (150mg), not cruise. Run 200iu hcg daily and 50iu hmg 3 x a week minimum continuously if you want to conceive. If your not looking to conceive now you can just run hcg daily for testicular response. However, if you continue to cruise your fsh and lh will not fully return until you commit to long term trt or pct. Ultimately they will just keep going to 0 but you can still get them back later down the line.

For optimal health there is no need for sugar, it causes inflammation and processed sugar in particular should be avoided. I would choose natural sugars over processed. I personally don’t like too many sweetners. A little in moderation is okay.

It all depends on composition really. If your really soft then it wouldn’t harm you to come down a little.

Been fighting a bug for almost 2 weeks, seems to be alot going around and I’ve been training alot so immune system must be low. Watched Harry compete in detroit at the weekend. Super proud of the look he achieved, incredible physique and competing at the highest level. The next step is abit more size to compete with the absolute monsters in the states.

Some like to switch to fast esters, years ago it would be the thing to switch to props closer to a show. Now not so much, its person dependent. I’d say the leanest I’ve ever been was when Jordan prepped me and we used slow esters.
