Agree with Kuba here you could reduce some products here by taking all in ones. If bloods are good and your digestion is not impacted then your all good.

It’s going to be a little difficult if your start cals where 2200? Ultimately you will need to increase output or decrease input.

I’ve been using it the last year and like it’s been said above its not something you will feel in your training or day to day but the studies are every good for overal health.

As Jordan says above. There is no one better than the other. Each person has preferences and what works for them so it’s a case of trialling things to see how you feel using them.

I would do two checks per week initially and if no movement after 2nd check in and composition is good then you can consider and increase.

I would increase your iron via food or supplement with an iron supplement and see how that goes. How often are you training and for how long?
