Tough Tuesdays is done. 2 jitz sessions and back. Always ruined after Tuesday but I have one technique class tomorrow and rest from weights. Potentially competing next weekend so il ease off training for that.

Regardless of what you do increasing any anabolic will increase the chances of psychological and physiological side effects. To what extent depends on the individual. Even on trt blood work is recommended regularly to track markers because even trt can slowly increase cholesterol rbc count etc. Personally I wouldn’t take more than 300 to 500mg of anabolics total on a push up unless I was competing at a high level. I’ve been off everything for over 2 years and it’s the best I’ve ever felt, some require life long trt but ultimately you have to find where your happiest mentally and physically. What I’ve worked out in over 20yrs of bodybuilding is muscles won’t make you happy and they don’t last forever, eventually they will decrease as you get older and you will need to find who you are without them. What would be your reason for running test again?
You can run trt dose and 100iu of hcg daily and potentially hmg for further fertility support.

Great advice from Jordan. Where are you finding these 125kg inshape competitors ? I’ve done 7 fights and been the biggest at 117kg. I want to find some bigger boys lol

Busy Tues with 3 sessions in total, 2 jiu-jitsu and one weights. On a pretty good run at mo injuries/niggles wise. Planning in competing next weekend so trying to get some rough rolling sessions in prior to that without getting injured. Level wise it will be an increase and although I’ve progressed quickly I’m still a baby at 10months in so I need to make sure my training volume is perfect and my strength/fitness unrivalled so if I’m not technically the best I can use my athletic ability to win. Diet is at 5 meals a day and full of nutrients, I’m the fittest I’ve ever been and holding good condition due to all the training at 117kg. I highly recommend jiu-jitsu to anyone wanting a change, its also nice being able to have useable muscle as opposed just for the look.

I personally wouldn’t start with those decent test readings. Particularly if you want children in the future as it complicates things abit more. Adding 250 test will probably put on 5kg, mainly water initially then if you come off you will just lose what you gained, assuming you come off. A trt dose wouldn’t be worth it for you as your natural level is looking high at 29mmol. In my opinion now after 20 years of being in bodybuilding and knowing many who have plenty of regrets I would only recommend anabolics for competitive bodybuilders. Trt is good for those with low test levels which is not you right now. Once you start injecting it’s very difficult to get your natural testosterone back to its previous reading in my experience. If you don’t mind injecting everyday for the rest of your life with hcg and testosterone (if doing trt via a dr or micro dosing) and hmg if you need it for fertility then it’s not a problem but that’s something you need to consider before starting.

Hey,
You can try it but it’s something that should be dealt with when you get the 1st signs of it. If you are prone to it I would recommend bloods to see what’s actually causing it.

For me 150mg with 100iu of hcg daily is where I feel best.
