    Definitely on track, aim to 1 to 2lb a week, looks like you hold more on the glutes so use that as your reference for bfat.

    8 sessions done this week and I’ve scheduled a 3 day rest from upper and jitz. I don’t want to but my tendons ruined. Just some light training and movement next week before the comp and I’m ready to put what I’ve learnt to practice.

    Monday am nogi followed by chest today. Managed 5 jitz sessions last week and on for 5 to 6 this week before easing off rolling before a comp. Everything is sore but training is going well. I have 3 sessions on tomorrow some how so that should be interesting, my fitness is improving but still a long way to go, weight around 115kg, don’t feel as strong at this weight but I’m faster and fitter. 2 more weeks to nail training then it’s time to see if it’s paid off in comp.

    PCT & fertility

    3 weeks after prop (slow ester 5 weeks) shot get bloods checked, test should be at 0 to 1 mml.
    Then 3 weeks 2000iu HCG every other day on the days your not shooting hcg take 25mg of aromasin (16 days).
    Tamoxifen only needed if you get gyno. 40mg split am and pm Every day for 40 days.
    After 3 weeks get bloods done again, (medicheck site venous samples). Base test should be at 8mmol if not run HCG for a further 20 days.
    If it is at 8mmol stop HCG. Start Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks. 50 mg for 4 weeks. 25mg for 10 days. Bloods checked should sit at 8mmol or more (base range 8to30mmol). Take before bed due to depression side effects. Clomid doubles production of LH levels. Pituitary needs to start producing FSH and LH after HCG, HCG does this sysntheticaly hence why we need to stop it once test is at base.

    As above you need to rest prior to the test. 100mg test wouldn’t make sense as it would probably take you below the natural level.

    You don’t need to lower test in contest prep and you don’t need to switch to prop. The body doesn’t recognise difference testosterones. You shouldn’t have any water issues at the end of prep if lean enough and most use a diuretic anyway. Not sure what you mean by question 2.
