Tough week of training, 4 jitz sessions 4 weights. A little down time this weekend in the Isle of white. My neck and joints will thank me. Another busy week of training next week with 6 jits sessions planned. 1st comp is at the start of Feb so getting ready for them and my level has increased so training needs to be spot on.

Really hard to say with this as some get a puffy face on certain compounds when others don’t. Everyone will gain some water initially some on hands and feet others on face. I find deca and some orals are worst for this and high does test can cause it on some.

What was your levels at when they where prescribed? You would have to taper down. Sea kelp is a natural thyroid supplement. I don’t know your diagnosis so not sure if it’s possible for you to restore your natural levels.

I agree with Hilly. No need to go above 600 max. Obviously alot more risks of using higher doses of anabolics past 45 plus being heavy is not ideal later life. The key will be bloods every 3 months ideally or max 6 months to track what’s going on.

You could push movement up or a reduction in carbohydrates will help drop some of the water from the binge. You are still far from fat and ultimately in a gaining phase you will have to be willing to put on some fat as you will need a surplus of calories to build new muscle.

6 sessions ticked off in 4 days, 3 jiu-jitsu and 3 weights. Potentially another jiu-jitsu session tomorrow and legs. Body is a little angry at me so having some deep tissue work, lots of sleep and food. May look to put a little primo in next week to help with recovery.

Agree with the above iso pro or vegan, however, if none do the trick whole food will be good, I know it’s a little more effort to eat but it’s worth it for gut health.

Rohm is good, when I was competing I started at 20mcg after weight loss had stalled for a period of time. I’d then increase to 40 after a period of time, then 60 then 80. I found anything over this made me feel shit. Some people push a little higher for short periods of time.
