    Rohm is good, when I was competing I started at 20mcg after weight loss had stalled for a period of time. I’d then increase to 40 after a period of time, then 60 then 80. I found anything over this made me feel shit. Some people push a little higher for short periods of time.

    Boys are spot on. 250 to 300 is a good start and around double the max natural level so you should feel very good on that.

    Decent leg session today, topped off 3 days of tough training back, chest, open mat bjj and legs. Not ideal but needs be after the Xmas break. Recovery takes that little bit longer off cycle so I will probably take 2 days off. I plan on introducing something for recovery next yr. More than likely primo only cycle initially but we will see. Hope everyone has had a nice Xmas and enjoys seeing in the new yr.

    Its impossible to say really, I wouldn’t put a time on it just take the correct steps and recheck bloods every 4 to 6 weeks. Health must be the priority before jumping on to a heavier cycle or continuing one.

    First day back after a few days off. Way too much sugar so a few days keto to sort myself out. I’m not one for sweet stuff usually but I was given alot and when in Rome lol. Open mat tomorrow so probably be rusty as he’ll but looking forward to it.

    As they guys have said very few realise even true trt doses at 150mg requires yearly blood work to keep track of everything. I would still recommend health supplements like heart care and love heart and potentially vital support depending on liver values. I’d suggest blood work every 6 months. For me I’d probably only add a little primo here and there if I was in your position.

    Good leg session yesterday followed by a basic arm session today. Always fatigued after legs as you should be. Only when jitz session this week as I was away but there’s some nice open mats next week to get me back in the swing post Xmas feed. Hope everyone has a great Xmas.

    For me this should only be used at the very top level under the advice of someone who is experienced. There are risk factors involved and it certainly isn’t a wonder drug, infact some people look worse on it. I know average Joe’s using it, people you wouldn’t even know trained if you looked at them. All that happens is they get a big round face 😅.

    Had a good couple of weeks training both in weights and jiu-jitsu. My body has changed alot this yr. I am able to move more freely and my midsection strength has improved 10 fold. I didn’t realise how bad my core was before starting jiu-jitsu. A few newbie injuries along the way but slowly putting them behind me. I plan on a few fights at the start of the yr and will go from there, maybe there’s a return to bodybuilding, never say never.

    Exactly as Hilly and Sas said. I found 0.5 Arimidex 3 x per week helped pull estrogen down enough but not too drastic.

    What do you think will happen if you stop them for 2 weeks? Just interested as it seems like such a strange thing to be concerned about and I’m of a different generation so trying to understand how the younger people starting out think?
