You should get your kidneys checked before taking anabolics. If you have issues then I would advise very small doses if at all.

Movement helps appetite, other than that you could Liquidise a meal of whey, cream of rice and nut butter. Unfortunately pushing cals past 5k is never going to be easy.

Tomatoes are a great wholefood to eat. This is a clear example of how the Internet has blurred the lines of sanity and common sense in modern health and fitness world.

    Hey,

Was the sepsis from gallbladder removal?

This is normal readings for what your running but they don’t tell us the important stuff like ldl, hdl, liver, rbc etc. If it was me personally I would move over to true trt for optimal health. Around 150mg test per week only. Then you could run 100iu of hcg daily for fsh and lh. Your diet will also play a large role in inflammatory response. I would focus on a high fat high and protein diet to reduce inflammation that comes from large amounts of carbohydrates. Focus on whole foods, they should be atleast 90% of your diet, Natural ingredients that grow from the ground and animal protein. Main supplements for you would be vit d and k, omegas, cure coming and a high dose of b6p5p for prolactin. Other blood markers will determine whether you need vital support for liver or love heart and heart care. If you’ve had a large dose of antibiotics then you could look at some Digestive enzymes for a small period. If you’re not lactose intolerant then small portions of full fat natural yoghurt are great, preferably organic. Anyway this is a little advice but ideally need full bloods.

That’s a good idea, when I started I logged my diet and training and it helped me understand what worked for me and what didn’t.

We’ve all been there m8, each show you get a little more experience and deal with post show a little better. I found keeping my meals the same but with a little more carbs and then one meal of what I wanted for the 1st week or 2 worked well. Eventually the cravings and appetite goes. If you still have cravings I would get back to your usual meals and just add healthy foods that fill you up. I used oats and rice added to meals. I would aim for 2 meals off a week before pulling back to one if possible.

I would put this down to the insulin, gh increase in anabolics and the large increase in weight. Also a high carb diet will often make you hold more water. Option to reduce it would be reducing drugs and carbohydrates if it’s painful. Also be cautious as edema can be related to kidney issues so get them checked.

Agree with Sas here. Start a test only cycle 1st. Around 300mg would be plenty. There are plenty of online coaches you can hire that can help with all of the above.

Rest day today after 2 jiu-jitsu sessions and chest yesterday. We have moved back to Mondays as everyone seems to train chest on a Monday leaving all the equipment free. My torn meniscus is still not 100% so I’m glad I held of competiting in jiu-jitsu again until the new yr. I’m currently trying to drop a little bfat and im around 2kg down, my mid section seems to be far more detailed already. The first 4 months of jiu-jitsu my midsection was sore constantly. I didn’t realise just how weak it was and it seems jiu-jitsu is a perfect ab workout. I always wanted a way to train my abs without actually training them lol

All steroids will make you stronger as the boys suggested. It would be sensible to run less aggressive drugs to avoid making yourself ill or skewing bloods quickly. The cycle recommended by that guy wouldnt be ideal when you consider most strength athletes are heavy, eating huge amounts of food all leading to increased risk of blood pressure and blood work issues. Staying healthy will ensure steady progression over a longer period. Cycle on and off with sensible doses. As Kuba said the training and diet is the key, 90% of people I see on gear these days are weak as piss and have hardly any muscle because they don’t train hard or eat properly.
