    Your be fine just be clean and don’t use the same pin too many times, keep in fridge and always wipe the top with an alcohol swab before extraction.

    Not really. On average 150mg per week will see most males at 30ish mmol. The only way to know individually is blood work after 4 to 6 weeks of injecting the same dose.

    Food choices are not the best as Hilly mentioned. You could have a dairy or gluten intolerance. The sweetners in your drinks could be messing with your stomach. There’s just a lot going on. Pre have meat and rice and post white meat and rice and nothing else just to see if you notice any difference.

    I wouldn’t be overly worried as they can fluctuate. Could have been a tough training week. Ideally you would rest a week minimum before bloods. 5 days a week weights and cardio every day is a fair amount on the body. Vital support is the best liver support product

    I think because you’ve done such a big cut you could slowly put some cals back in. How old are you? I would personally utilise natural training for as long as possible and even do a show naturally 1st.

    Decent week of training again, tendons are fucked from jiu-jitsu so will rest my upper until next week now. Just legs tomorrow and 3 days rest after a few months of heavy training. Dropped around 2kg since tidying my diet up 2 weeks ago. Carbs around 50g each day with lots of protein and a good amount of fats. I’m having a meal off once a week still and will keep this in, it’s usually a healthy meal as I’m not in to junk food. Hoping to start to see a physique again as the bfat comes off.

    Nolvadex certainly won’t harm you but I don’t think it’s necessary unless lumps are appearing and even then it may not be estrogen related so it’s hard to know the exact cause.

    Yes sounds like a hypo. This can happen naturally but as mentioned you need to be careful if using insulin.

    Hard days training done, jiu-jitsu am class and a brutal leg session. I’ve slowed the reps right down and added some negatives and pause reps. It makes the exercise 10 x harder now I’ve taken the focus off just heavy lifting. Reduced my calories slightly to start to take some body fat off. Weight is down to 118.5kg. My goal is another 3.5kg off before Xmas before I bring it down to 110 in the new yr.

    Agree with Hilly on Clem. Regarding gh I wouldn’t worry too much, I’ve used it on prep and just did it pre bed. The cardio and food will sort the body fat.
