Two good sessions today, nogi in the morning followed by chest in the evening. Strength is on the up and even did a traditional barbell bench press, very rarely see it being used these days what with all the machines and cable work. It’s easy to forget the best physiques where built on basic movements. Body is sore so I have deep tissue work tonight and full rest day tomorrow. Hope everyone is taking full advantage of the black Friday jp sale.

I would definitely start with vitd 5000 plus k and omega pro. Then after a few months training and some bloods you can see if you need heart, kidney or liver support. Also if your joints hurt you could use join in or osteo pro and cure coming.

Little shoulders done today, feeling a little fatigued so didn’t go crazy, plus I have legs tomorrow so reserved some energy for that. Training has been going really well but starting to catch up with me now so will look to put a deload in soon.

Decent day of training. Am nogi session followed by chest followed by pm nogi session. Changed all exercises on chest today and pushed volume up as we have been moving 5 to 6 plates a side for a while so the joints need a break. Much needed rest day tomorrow.

Decent day of training. Nogi am session, my rolling was on form then another Decent leg session. 4 in a row now. I’ve dropped the weight and focusing on tempo and pushing through my toes to stimulate my quads more. Lots of negatives and high reps. Rest and food now.

Start painting warhammer or a similar hobby. I switch off completely from work and bodybuilding when I build and paint. It’s also very cool and the chick’s dig a guy that paints little minatures.
