As above you can recover naturally from the above. If you run 12 to 15 weeks then you can do pct.

Good chest session yesterday followed by a mediocre back session today. Felt a little fatigued today so will take a rest day or 2. Finished the day with a good gi jitz session. Full rest tomorrow with lots of food.

Agree with Clare here. You could also add a little pineapple to your pre meal.

Decent week of training, each week intensity is where it used to be some years ago and my love for bodybuilding is creeping back. Next week is another full week of training, 5 weight sessions and 4 to 5 jiu-jitsu sessions. Cals are at 4.5k and weight sitting at 120kg.

You can do it close to the site I pinch the skin above my knee and do it in there like I would in the stomach. Am and pm. I don’t believe its site specific so you could just do stomach.

Agree with Clare here. It’s also important to not over think things too much and stress yourself out.

Decent week of training. All lifts are up, a little less jiu-jitsu this week but my knee has thanked me. Jiu-jitsu nogi tomorrow followed by legs, my favourite day of the week

Yer this wouldn’t make sense as the higher the test the more it would aromatise.

Mines always dropped below max after each donation then after 3 months it’s creeped back up so I go every 3 months. Only way you would know how it impacted you personally is to do bloods before and after. Personally I’d say every 3 months is enough for most. There are companies that will blood let more for those that need it.

I agree with Peter, I have attached a pct protocol below.

    PCT & fertility

3 weeks after prop (slow ester 5 weeks) shot get bloods checked, test should be at 0 to 1 mml.

Then 3 weeks 2000iu HCG every other day on the days your not shooting hcg take 25mg of aromasin (16 days).

Tamoxifen only needed if you get gyno. 40mg split am and pm Every day for 40 days.

After 3 weeks get bloods done again, Base test should be at 8mmol if not run HCG for a further 20 days.

If it is at 8mmol stop HCG. Start Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks. 50 mg for 4 weeks. 25mg for 10 days. Bloods checked should sit at 8mmol or more (base range 8to30mmol). Take before bed due to depression side effects. Clomid doubles production of LH levels. Pituitary needs to start producing FSH and LH after HCG, HCG does this sysntheticaly hence why we need to stop it once test is at base.

I would track what your eating and see if its anything I particularly causing the issue. If its just quantity then a little movement helps with digestion. Long term issues its hard to say, there’s no doubt it’s not the healthiest thing to be doing but anything done to excess is not healthy.

I would start at 300mg spread over minimum 2 shots per week. After 12 weeks you can get bloods. You don’t need to run an ai if it’s not needed. Hcg is only used in true trt (around 150mg.per week) or Post cycle. There’s a pct section if you search the forums.

Agree with Sas here, I find daily foam roller work and stretching help alot with back pain. I also get deep tissue work weekly. Boring core exercises can also help so follow the physios advice. Often tight calfs or hamstrings can cause tight glutes and inflammation around the lower back.
