Epic leg session today, the last few have been reminiscent of times gone by with everything clicking and my body feeling good. Current weight is around 120kg with visual abs so looking to push food a little more and maybe add a little test in for the 1st time in 2 years. Off to watch the natural 2bros show tomorrow as I have a client competing, should be an interesting drive after today’s session.

Long but epic day yesterday. Drove to the Royal Albert Hall to watch Arnold talk about his new book. So much history with Sandow having the 1st bodybuilding show of its kind there 122 years ago. It was a an inspiring talk that has me fired up. A little fatigued today as we got in late but still got my sessions in.

Tough couple of days training. Heavy chest session yesterday and managed 6 plates a side on the hammer flat chest press for the 1st time since being off anabolics. 2 jiu-jitsu sessions today nogi and gi with back inbetween. Body is truly fucked now. Rest tomorrow and a trip to the Royal Albert Hall to listen to the one and only Arnold talk about his new book so very excited for that.

Have you ever used insulin at all? Do you consume alot of high GI foods? How was the test conducted? Fasted etc

Caught up with training over the last two days after a nice long weekend away in the Isle of white. Strength seems to be holding at the moment but not able to push past my usual so increasing some food as my cals are not very high. Jiu-jitsu class yesterday and 2 nogi sessions on for tomorrow. Still being sensible to ensure I don’t slow down my meniscus recovery.

Agree with the above, unless your a pro bodybuilder making a living then doing anything over TRT after 40 doesn’t make sense health wise.
