    Rest day after 2 good weight sessions. Managed to do some light jiu-jitsu but easing back in slowly after popping my knee. Hoping to be back to rolling next week but still not able to fully extend my knee. Will have to be cautious and ensure I don’t rush back and make it worse.

    Lh is basically in range just the lower end so wouldn’t worry about that. Urea and protein is normal for bodybuilding lots of training and protein impact them. Strange one with ferritin, could be a genetic issue that is usually resolved via blood letting. You could also try vital support as the ip6 in it will help. I would also recommend heart care for your cholesterol.

    Just spread evenly throughout the day and don’t eat to close to training. Chuck a scoop of protein in that yoghurt.

    I used JP turkesterone and alpha T and that bumped me up to 12mmol from about 8 and that was half dose. So you could try that 1st. Other factors include body composition, diet etc

    Managed some upper body work this week, knee is slowly improving, decided to put in some GH to speed the recovery up a little as I’m hoping to be back to light training next week I preparation for a comp in November. Able to walk better on it now and even managed a few rehab exercises. Chest tomorrow and some isometric kneehab stuff

    I tend to use Arimidex as we close into the show to drop estrogen and reduce water retention.

    Clomid doubles production of LH levels. Pituitary needs to start producing FSH and LH after HCG, HCG does this sysntheticaly hence why we need to stop it once test is at base.

    Woke up and my knee is fucked and looks like I will be out if the comp at the weekend. Absolutely gutted as I was really looking forward to it. Looks like a 3 month recovery for what I think is a meniscus tear. This sport is brutal, injury number 4 in 6months lol.

    Nogi rolling session with some very high level grapplers, one preparing for a professional fight on one of the largest promotions in the world. I was happy I could hold my own showing the benefits of 20years of strength training. Unfortunately tweaked my knee and it popped. Abit sore now so not ideal as I should have around 3 fights on Saturday. I may be fighting on one leg lol. Finished off with a push session and felt very good. I will need to nurse my leg for a few days and hope I can recover enough to compete on Saturday.
