oestrogen is high, are you having any sides? You could up your masteron or add primo to help as an ai. Other option is 0.5 arimidex 3 x a week. I wouldn’t bother with tren unless your weeks out from a show personally. Add another compound like primo or up Mast.

Started the day with some Greco-Roman wrestling. Something that goes great with jiu-jitsu so will be doing this every sat morning. Had some of my online clients in for posing and then finished the day with some arms. Body is very sore now so it’s rest and a deep tissue massage tomorrow.

Morning one to one nogi, blood donation to drop my RBC and then an evening no gi class. 4 weeks until my next comp so in full go mode again. Legs tomorrow then some wrestling on Saturday morning.

Just keep an eye on it. If you get redness appear and it’s hot to the touch you need to be cautious. Youve most likely just hit something.

I prefer no carbs as I feel sluggish after carbs 1st thing but everyone is different so use trial and error.

Back done followed by a gi class. Received a new competitor rash gaurd from my coach which I’m excited to wear on my next fight. I also got 2 stripes taking me to 3 which was a nice surprise. 2 more and i get to blue belt.

I would keep tidying up from here and focus on having a good lean physique. If you can’t lift heavy or eat large amounts of food then it would be very difficult to build more muscle from here on.

Little chest today, nothing crazy as I’m still a little sore from Saturdays fights. Back tomorrow followed by a Gi class tomorrow evening. Will get 3 to 4 jitz sessions this week before increasing to 6 next week. I will need to ensure I’m getting enough recovery inbetween so I may live in a bath of ice.

Nice couple of days in London. Great to see the team yesterday at tru thlete. I was coaching clients friday and then competed in my first jitz comp on the Saturday. I was fortunate enough to win both my matches so jumping in the deep end after a short period of training paid off and shows the benefits of bodybuilding and how it can be useful in most sports. Loved watching Corrine dominate in her match, a huge inspiration to all of us and the team was cheering on for both of us.

I would personally like a higher primo lower test approach again helping keep the water weight lower. So for someone who runs higher dose cycles I’d max at 800 primo 4 to 500 test. Insulin wise I wouldn’t go too high on the dose, I find more again will just promote water retention. I usually get guys to use a GDA at points too. I’m not a massive fan or advocate of Insulin so can’t advise much on that. I have used small amounts on higher carb days in clients that insist on taking it.
