As above you can pay someone to blood let. The reason is down to injecting. They throw A users in with other drug users and bad hygiene protocols etc. However, they have to test the blood prior to giving it to the patient because they can’t just go on someone’s word. So you can donate by not disclosing it and some choose to do that. There’s no risk to the patient receiving the blood.

Little Arms today but after yesterday’s legs and and open mat my body is in the gutter. Rest up this eve and tomorrow with some deep tissue then an easier week next week pre comp.

To you its simple because your writing from your own head which you think is logical. To everyone else its confusing. Yes eat the additional food. If your still putting on weight and are trying to lose weight then drop your cals again. You don’t need an app to tell you this if you know what you’re eating day to day you can adjust to meet your requirements. Getting fat drop cals or increase cardio. Dropping too quick then reverse this.

Productive day. Arm is slowly healing and I’m able to train at full capacity again. One to one nogi session followed by shoulders and then a nogi class. Lots of information to take into my 1st comp. Super excited to be doing something competitive. I’ve struggled after 2 years of no competition. Open mat rolling tomorrow and then it’s a reduced week next week in prep for my fights.

You must have set a goal weight so the app estimates what cals you need. It will add additional cals if your movement is above estimated output so you don’t lose more than your set goal.

Managed a some chest today, elbow still not 100% but happy I could get back to the weights. Back tomorrow and gi jiu-jitsu so will see how that goes. Currently icing alot which is helping but its not looking great for my 1st comp which is supposed to be in 2 weeks. Fingers crossed it heals up as I’m desperate to compete in something and definitely missing that in my life at the minute.

Trip up to maidenhead to watch the 2brospro show. Mixed results for my clients with a win and a second callout for my other guy. You get such a short time to get in that 1st callout and sometimes you get missed or the judges go for a different look. Bodybuilding is very tuff and you have to be very thick skinned to do it as most will lose more than they win. Big congratulations to Corinne who won any jiu-jitsu comp this time at Blue belt. Nothing can stop this lady in world domination as everything she does.

I’d go for 1 to 2lb a week drops looking at these. If your weight loss stops your at maintenance calories so you would need to create a deficit by either adding additional movement or decreasing food.
