Nogi class this evening. Arm is at about 50%, recovery is quicker than expected so the injury wasn’t as bad as I first thought. Il rest for the weekend and hopefully I can get back to rolling next week. Off to see some clients compete in the 2brospro qualifier this weekend so looking forward to that. We’ve had some great results as a gym and it’s really pushing everyone to be at their best.

If you eat a variety of natural foods, most importantanly fruit n veg then you will get enough fibre from your diet. If your not a big greens fan I would recommend supplementting with one. It also ensures you get enough micronutrients which are as important as makros.

Did what I could today in the gi class. This involved a one arm roll at the end. Lots of ice and rest on my elbow hoping for a quick recovery. Just leg training this week no upper until elbow is better.

Another injury rolling today, over extended in an arm bar followed by a crack. Very sore now but hoping it’s nothing too serious. Supposed to compete in my 1st event in 3 weeks so fingers crossed.

300mg test and 300 primo would be my go to. You can get some great results from this. You could always throw In a little Mast prior to a shoot.

I would do a recomp 1st. There will be alot of loose skin than can take time to Tighten back up when dropping this amount in a short space.

No weights today just an open mat roll with some high level jiu-jitsu guys. Rolled with a 120kg blue belt which was a great learning curve knowing how to use my energy and when to conserve it. Legs on tomorrow with some additional rolling before a much needed rest on Sunday.

A much needed rest day today. Every part of me hurts so some deep tissue work done today and spent most of the day resting. Tomorrow is shoulders and our nogi class. Done know where the year is going. Not long until the tru athlete event on London. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the JP stand.

It’s down to your current body composition. If your in decent shape then 1kg is good. I would run var for no more than 10 weeks.

Nothing to worry about here. As Jordan said keep track of blood pressure. I personally give blood every 3 months too
