3 sessions done today. Gi jiu-jitsu class this morning followed by chest and finished with a one to one nogi session. Went hypo in the one to one which was fun, sweat everywhere lol. Body was not happy going from weights straight to a one to one so I need to eat inbetween. Writing every session down after as I’m taking in so much info my head feels like it’s going to explode but loving the challenge. Gym is buzzing at the minute. 5 competed in bodybuilding over the weekend and we had multiple wins and an overall. Another 2 weeks and we go again at the 2brospro qualifier.

Tough week training done. Finished the week off with legs today. Full rest day tomorrow before another busy week of training. Weight stabilising at 115kg which is where I want it.

3 sessions done today, one to one jiu-jitsu in the morning followed by shoulders and finished with our Thursday nogi class. Pretty beaten up and i have legs on the cards tomorrow followed by open mat at another gym. Il need to rest up over the weekend as I’m getting a little run down with all this training.

If your going to use a diazide you need to ensure your very lean and overspill with carbs slightly the day before the show. You need to have experience or be under someone who knows what their doing. When you spill from carb loading you will look worse before you look better. Half a diazide at 11pm will then start to excrete the water retention pushed in via the carbs. You then asses your physique and make judgement from there. If your still a little waterey 4 to 5 hours later you can take another half in the night. Then you should be left with the carbs pushing the muscles against the skin with the subcutaneous water gone. If you don’t spill then you will probably flatten out when you take the diazide and you will be unable to fill back up. If your outright shredded you could ruin your look altogether because you will hold less water no matter what you do when your in an extreme low bfat percentage so adding a strong diuretic will flatten you and ruin your look. In that case a natural protocol would be better but very few will achieve this type of conditioning in their lifetime. It’s a complicated process but can be effective when used properly.

It’s not going to be the estrogen causing Conditioning issues. You obviously need more of a deficit to drop body fat. So either reduce cals or increase movement. You can use proviron closer to the show to help reduce estrogen slightly and even an ai even closer as reduction of estrogen will help reduce water retention but your issue is not water retention its body fat.

Morning jiu-jitsu session and it was a sweaty one. Finished with some chest this evening and booked my 1st jitz comp for August so its all in. Feeling abit run down with all the training so will need to try and rest where i can but averaging 10 plus sessions a week at mo. Another 2 sessions tomorrow one weights one jitz.

You shouldn’t be waking up bloated so that’s down to diet. How you feel you look is down to mental health. Some people are big but think they are small. Some people are small and think they are big and some people are correct in the valuation of their physique.
