    Productive day. Legs followed by a good open mat rolling with higher belts and trialling out new learnt skills. Body is well and truly beat up so just a small weights session tomorrow then rest and deep tissue work.

    Anabolics are Anabolics, they all help in muscle growth. You can trial different compounds to see what you feel best on and what your bloods say. I believe Jordan run a high npp cycle with low test so he may be able to advise.

    Little shoulders done pre nogi jiu-jitsu class. Currently on 5 to 6 jitz sessions a week and 4 weights. Could do with some anabolics right now lol. I plan on competing in ibjff so I will stay away from anabolics as its illegal in that fed. I may return to competing one day but for now I don’t feel I have it in me to go where I need to go to be competitive again. So a new challenge for now to keep my competitive side happy. Tomorrow is legs followed by open mat rolling.

    Sounds like your feeling okay so no need to address anything really. I find I sleep better If I have a carb meal pre bed so if you wanted to try anything you could try that.

    Only managed one session after I was stuck in traffic for 3 hours I wasn’t able to train back so il put that in tomorrow. Good gi class this eve, brain is a little overwhelmed trying to remember everything at the minute but I’m sure it will go in the more I do it. Some deep tissue work to put my body back together tonight and a long nights sleep.

    Chest and one to one nogi jiu-jitsu this eve. Strength was down annoyingly, can’t think why but could be some lack of sleep last few days. Fitness is up however, rolling for 5 mins straight no problem. Weight stable at 115kg and il hold it here now. Back tomorrow with a gi class in the eve.

    I would recommend running bloods prior to another blast. 6 to 8 weeks may not be enough to clean blood work.

    5th jiu-jitsu session of the week completed. Body is in need of some rest this weekend and some deep tissue work from the wife. Will do a little leg session tomorrow as I missed today then it’s chill time. Weight still dropping so food has to go up again via whole food sources and predominantly from fats.

    Long day of training, up at 5am to take my friend for a knee op and looking after his dog for a few days. Then one to one no gi jiu-jitsu followed by shoulders followed by a nogi class. Absolutely shattered so in need.of a long night’s sleep

    As above, test has to aromatise to estrogen the more test the higher the aromatisation.

    Probably a build up of scar tissue so avoid that site for abit. I personally don’t like orals. Can impact appetite and digestion. I tend to only use on clients closer to a show

    Busy day today. Beach walk 1st thing followed by back and then gardening and cleaning my cars. I finished the day with a jiu-jitsu class. Things are starting to go in now after a few months of intense training and studying. Around 5 sessions a week minimum with hours of studying inbetween. It’s an endless pursuit of learning, abit like bodybuilding which is why I probably like it. Full rest day tomorrow and it’s much needed. Need to remind myself I’m not in my early 20s so rest is vital.
