    Yes it can help, for both you would ideally need hmg too. If your staying on anabolics for life then you intend to inject for the next 30 to 40 years or more depending on age. If your young enough then i would come off for periods. I did this and am 35 and able to maintain 15mmol of natural test so no need to inject until hopefully my mid to late 40s when my test completely drops off. If I’d never come off I’m sure I would struggle to have any return. There is life after bodybuilding so make your decision and then live with it. That’s just my advice.

    Chest with a little shoulders this eve, Strength was half decent but no increase for some time now and I can’t see it moving without risking injury so my goal is to maintain this to help with my jiu-jitsu training. Had a one to one nogi this evening and tomorrow I have a class in the evening but 1st back is on tomorrow morning.

    Not surprised you messed it up with those cycles. I would personally trt using HCG aswell. So 150mg per week over 2 shots minimum. Ideally every other day subq or Intra. Hcg 100iu daily. You may need an ai like aromasin too but this is not always needed. This should give you a true trt hormone panel. You could also do a full pct and come off and your body would find it’s homeostasis.

    Legs yesterday with a little arms today. This week has been a tough week of training, falling asleep alot lol. Rest day tomorrow then another full week next week 5 weights sessions and 5 jitz.

    Is 2500 maintaining your current weight? I would start moving lots, minimum 10k steps per day. If your really out of shape I would do a few weeks zero carbs with more fat and protein to make up your calories. This will help restore your insulin sensitivity then after a while doing that you could slowly begin to add carbs back in a reduce fat a little.

    It all depends on body composition. So if your getting sloppy then you need to pull back. As Hilly said you want to be in a surplus the majority of the time as your young and wanting to grow.

    One to one nogi jiu-jitsu this morning followed by shoulders and a nogi class this eve. Weight is falling off me too quickly so I’m going to add more calories as I don’t want to drop below 115kg. Legs tomorrow and an open mat at another gym which means rolling with multiple people of different levels. It’s such an eye opener doing this and the depth of knowledge needed Is mind blowing.

    Back done today, rdls went back in and got 220 for 6. Years ago this would have been depressing but being off for almost 2 yrs and putting alot more time into jiu-jitsu I’m happy I’m keeping some strength. This will definitely benefit me if I can keep strength whilst developing my skill set. Class this evening and baby steps developing my skills and fitness is definitely improving.

    Push day done today. Was pretty strong this eve getting 5 plates on the hammer press machines. A few days off jiu-jitsu training as my tendons have been really sore from overtraining in something new. Back tomorrow afternoon followed by jiu-jitsu in the evening. May have my 1st comp lined up in September for jitz so its all in at the minute
