    Hey Ryan,

    What prompted the internist in jiu jutsu, how have you found the new challenge?

    When you pcted in the past, would you say it’s necessary to get bloods done after the initial hcg use prior to serm therapy? Or would it likely be okay to go straight to the next step of pct and cease hcg use?

    I wanted another challenge. I still love weight training but for me I’m not in a place where i want to get back on anabolics or compete right now. I feel the healthiest I have ever felt doing jiu-jitsu and learning alot. Regarding pct I never did blood work after hcg I did the 3 weeks then moved onto the next phase. Never had an issue coming off.

    If your staying on anabolics all year round you just need to do regular blood work to make sure your on top of your health markers. But yes taking more gear is definitely more beneficial for muscle growth but definitely not for health.

    Either lactose intolerant so switch to an isolate or ideally whole food for your protein. There’s also way too much sweetners from all the products your consuming plus the sugar free drinks

    Agree with the above. You will be competing against people that thrive off deprivation, bodybuilding is pretty sick and twisted and takes a certain type to get very very good at it. If your main focus is food over competing then you won’t stand a chance. I’ve had preps when I was thinking about food more and I’ve lost. I’ve had preps when I was a machine and I won. It’s something you really have to want and you will miss alot of life social events etc.

    Shoulders done this eve then jiu-jitsu nogi training this evening. Weight dropping a little too much due to heat an additional training so I’ve increased cals a little over the last few days. Legs tomorrow afternoon and potentially some rolling at another jitz club depending on how my body is holding up.

    Sounds like your volume is too high. I use 5 x 5 for alot of older clients. 5 sets 5 reps. Only one being an all out working set and I would do this on 3 exercises for most body parts. Your strength will increase dramatically and your recovery should improve. Your very lean and in incredible shape, I’d be happy to look like this all yr round so whatever your doing is working. This is just a strength protocol that I have found works.

    Diuretics are only useful if your very lean. So without photos it’s impossible to advise.

    Good day of training today. One to one jitz 1st thing then back with Harry followed by evening jitz class. Super hot day but feeling so much fitter during Training. Not missing the gear sweats this year lol. Just about to sit and watch the last Arnold episode. Loved the last 2, he comes across really well and what he has achieved is beyond believable.

    How about the natty stack? My test went from 9mmol to 15mmol on half dose. If you can get that instead it’s worth doing

    Long journey back yesterday but had a great weekend at download. My wife sorted my back out with some deep tissue massage and I got a good chest session in despite the lack of food and water at the weekend. Tomorrow I have jiu-jitsu in the morning then back with Harry followed by jiu-jitsu in the evening. I like to keep busy lol

    It’s easy to over think things in this day and age. There’s so much information out there it’s confusing and making things more complicated than they need to be. If your training really hard and I mean compound movements and moving more weight each week then you will break down tissue. To repair this tissue you need to eat a surplus of calories. Everyone is different so you may need more than others for the scale to move. You will gain some bfat doing this but that I part of it. So train fucking hard and eat alot to build muscle. That’s all the science you need for now, remember to enjoy what your doing to.
