    Little arm session today to finish off a good week of training. A rest day is much needed tomorrow so I have a massage from the wife booked in and a nice relaxing day with a little walk. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

    I’d prefer to not inject for the rest of my life if I didn’t have to. I understand their may be a need in later life for health but when your young enough there’s no reason why you can’t recover your test. The main concern here is your attachment to your look on anabolics. It can be hard initially to see your physique change but it doesn’t mean you can’t still train hard and have a good physique. You need to be more than just your physique, it’s not your identity.

    Hey Ryan, reading back did you head up north for an echo,who would you recommend north and south?

    Do you regret spending the year and a half at low test levels? Are you happy enough to run trt now long term ?

    I didn’t in the end, still hoping to get one. I ended trt as I didn’t want to inject for above average test levels. I’m happy being off and use jp natty stack to help my natty levels

    Jiu-jitsu this evening. Tonight was nogi mma so some punches to the face which adds a different dynamic to submissions. Feeling so much fitter now and able to cruise through the warms ups that was a challenge a few months ago. Alongside my all natural low carb diet I’m feeling the best I have ever felt. I even cut caffeine and this has had a huge impact on my energy and even cured my dry scalp. Legs tomorrow followed by a Jiu-jitsu one to one and some open mat sparring.

    I find higher test doses just come with more side effects. Most have a dose that they like but I’ve found many sit around 600mg happily. Some need even lower doses and in which case will utilise other compounds. I personally don’t see the benefit of just a high test dose but ultimately it’s trial and error for the individual.

    I don’t think that’s too fast. However, sometimes it’s not always consistent, one week you may not lose anything and another you may drop quickly, just keep track every couple of days and adjust as needed.

    Good day of training. Back day followed by jiu-jitsu. Heavy as possible over 5 reps for back, 5 exercises then a ham top up. Full rest day tomorrow and a tea lunch for me and my wife’s anniversary.

    Just consistent 350 a week. I would do it over a minimum of 2 shots per week.

    Arimidex is only needed if estrogen climbs too high and is causing sides. Same for nolvadex. Nolvadex can be used alongside Arimidex if gyno occurs and its estrogen related. Its unlikely you will need these on a low dose test. No need for hcg in my opinion. Two signals being sent one switching testes off the other switching on. It may help with testicular size but other than that I see no benefit.

    Push day and strength was good after a week off. Working at a 5 rep range to get as strong as possible. I know I’m never going to be as strong as I am on anabolics but I can get close. 5 plates on hammer machines today and I will gradually push up from there. Current weight at 116kg so down 6kg and fitness is much improved.
