If your concerned then just throw them. I personally wouldn’t use it but I doubt it will do you any harm. If the seal is good it wouldn’t let any bacteria in but your relying on that.

If your looking to go completely natural then stop all rest and allow 4 weeks or so before starting full pct. Keep eating well and training hard and you can have a good natural physique.

Leg day yesterday followed by a little arms today. Ended up with 6 days off weights and feel refreshed ready to get back to progressive overload. Goal is to be a strong as possible in the 5 rep range. Purely because strength in jiu-jitsu can be very useful when combined with a skill set. Food is currently low carb high fat high protein as i feel alot better on fats and protein. I still utilise small amounts of carbs for training. All food is from natural sources apart from the odd shake. Sweetners removed (apart from shake) and lots of fruits and veg, feels amazing, no Digestive issues, never bloated and perfect poos lol.

The main man is right. If running anabolics you need vital support and love heart and heart care to help lipids. I would also use omega pro. Don’t restrict your food too much as your body is healing and needs nutrients to heal. Regarding trt options I personally wouldn’t trt unless you can’t get any natural test back. To inject for the rest of your life just for slightly higher test than the average person is alot of effort and ball ache.

Hey,
What are your current cals/makros at? It looks like your lean enough to benefit from slowly increasing cals. Training wise as long as you train hard you will get results with most types of training. Progressive overload gives you a way of tracking Progress via weights and reps. This means your definitely responding to stimulus if you’re constantly progressing. If injuries don’t allow you to train this way then you can work on volume and I know this works well for some. I would suggest 4 x a week training if doing Progressive overload. However, you may be able to push to 5 if on anabolics, with the additional session being a top up like arms calfs abs etc

Blood donation day today, thought I’d ignore their advices and trained jitz this evening. Wasn’t a wise move as I had brain fog most of the session and now feel pretty shit lol. A few more days rest and then it’s back to my usual weights regime.

Up steps 1st. Like Hilly said 6 k would be good. I would do 3 to 4 days then see what your weight is doing and then consider dropping 300kcal a day only.if weight is not moving.

Taking a deload week with weights in line with Harry’s week off. Jitz this eve and a little shark tank where your getting fresh opponents every minute to spar with. Really enjoying it and finding out that free weights training over 15years give you a huge advantage in combat sports. Strength is definitely not everything but it goes along way when you learn a skill set. Rest tomorrow then jitz again Thurs.

I would say it’s all dependent on blood work. In my experience after 35 bloods take longer to recover. Again this is dependent on how much you’ve used over the yrs. I personally wouldn’t want to blast after the age of 45 but its all down to personal preference.

I would regulate salt depending on sweat expenditure. So the more you sweat the more you will require.

I would take love heart and jp pharma omegas. This will help bring cholesterol into range. Oestrogen wise I wouldn’t worry too much unless sides are really causing an issue. Mast may be fake but you could try adding primo. Alternatively 0.5 arimidex 3 x per week should be sufficient to bring estrogen down.

Opted for an additional rest day today as I seem to have some sinitus left over from my cold. Hoping to be recovered in time for back and jiu-jitsu tomorrow. Just want to congratulate Corinne on her British title win. She becomes elite at everything she puts her mind to and the combat world has gained a great new athlete.
