If they send you a blood testing kit you will need someone to take your blood. They can organise that for you. Then once posted you usually get results back after 3 to 5 working days. A good reputable company will provide accurate results. I thought as it’s all private in America it would be easier to get an appointment.

1st of all great job on the weight loss. I would say another 14lbs from here and your be seeing abs. Its difficult to know exactly as everyone is so different.

Nice trip to Weymouth to see a pirate ship today, also randomly ended up on a tudor house tour which was interesting. Legs this evening. Decent session and we had a live dj in the gym which was pretty cool to have something different. Wedding tomorrow so no training but the additional rest is needed with jitz and weights taking its toll on me.

Shoulders and jitz this evening. Managing the warm ups better and even skipping for the 1st time in years. Lots more techniques including the triangle which is one of my favourites. Just watching the new George Foreman film, incredible story

Bloods would be good to see what exactly needs correcting. In general I would say love H, Vsupport, omegas, vit d plus k. Then if you can Cure-Coming is also a great addition.

Only time I would increase to 6 is if you have run out of space for cals in 5 meals and you need more. Sometimes additional time between meals is more beneficial so some work better with 5 over 6 meals.

Back done today followed by jiu-jitsu in the evening, nothing crazy for back as my intercostals are still sore. Doesn’t help that I’m not resting them fully so only myself to blame. Weight currently down 4kg and I’m feeling much fitter for it. Rest day tomorrow with a nice dog walk planned.

Good day today. Cold on its way out and strength back to about 70% pre ribs injury. Just in time for jiu-jitsu tomorrow. Dropped 5kg ( predominantly water) from cutting carbs last week. Will have a little more this week but still low until composition improves.

Gardening day today. Still not feeling great so it was a slow process lol. Hope everyone that went to fit expo had a great time and can’t a chance to meet some of the team. Looking forward to the tru Athlete event in August where the team will get together once again.

Yes definitely ready to put some food back in. Start at 300kcal a week and slowly move up. I would increase protein a little.

As mentioned above stick to low doses for aslong as possible and get the most out of it. I’ve known many to push up too soon and eventually bloods get skewed and your forced to come down or even off in severe cases due to health complications. The most anabolic thing is training snd food, steroids are a small percentage
