Good evening everyone! Hope you’ve all had a good start to the week! The sun was shining sp thats always nice to wake up too! Nice productive day today, however my little pup had to go to the emergency vet for a nasty cough he’s got, so that was a little stressful ! But turns out he’s okay just needs some medication! Thank god! Went to train pull this evening , very happy with this session today, elbow pain is moving in the right direction and felt much better this evening, which is good! Tomorrow is very much the same as today , but I’m having to shift some sessions around this week as I’m away on the weekend with my partner so want to shimmy a rest day so its a day before, which is doable! So push will be done tomorrow! Into another day we go!

Another Sunday done and dusted! Really good day today, a very productive rest day which is what we all like to see! Dropped some rubbish off at the tip and managed to rearrange my office, I brought a standing desk the other day , as I cannot stand sitting for long periods of time, so treated myself ! Spent some time building it and popping it in, so I’m very happy with this. Checked in with Cal today, 13 weeks out and we’ve seen another drop in food this week, no changes to anything else. We are running 300mg of SLU , which is taken upon waking. So far I feel it’s made a difference, so we shall continue on and see how much more it impacts body comp. Very happy with current state of affairs ,as is Cal. Into another week we go!

I am someone who deals with this a lot when it comes to HGH and hand numbness, so I can appreciate the annoyance! In all honesty when it gets to this point I will always decrease the dose, if it starts to impact sleep etc , then realistically is it worth running the GH at that dose? Probably not. If you want to try and avoid dropping the dose, you can always try regular soft tissue through the forearms and wrist areas as a lot of the numbness will come from fluid retention from the GH which can compress nerves. The soft tissue work might be able to help relieve via improved circulation and a reduction of fluid accumulation , but it would only help for a small period of time. Also like Allison said, you can also take a look at salt intake as well.

MemberFebruary 28, 2026 at 11:18 pm in reply to: Sara Bradley IFBB WPD – Aim for the Olympia !Evening everyone! Hope you’ve all had a good day! Standard Saturday for me! Took the pooch out for a good walk this morning, then did some work for the afternoon and legs this evening! Legs was a steady session, no real movement on numbers today but a lot maintained. This is the first week back post devolume and I do typically see a little drop off the week coming back , so I can imagine numbers will start to steadily increase next week. Check in with Cal tomorrow at 13 weeks out! Weight has been a little sticky this week, so I can imagine Cal will drop food tomorrow and potentially make a couple of other changes, but we shall see!! Excited nevertheless! Rest day tomorrow then into another week!!

I would also go with venous for accuracy. Finger prick tests arn’t the most reliable, plus they’re a pain to do!

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you’re all well! Another day dusted! Filmed upper with my videographer Laz today, which is always super fun! Pre session I had a massage and completed check ins , so a standard friday! I’ve got legs in the morning and then a day catching up on a few little odd jobs (boring stuff basically!) Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Good evening everyone! hope you’ve all had a good day! Rest day for me today! I saw Calum yesterday for a posterior session which was brilliant. We ironed out a few issues , which have already made a huge difference! He is very happy with where I am in prep (currently 14 weeks out) so we continue moving forward ! The plan is to be ready relatively early so we can cruise into the show! Tomorrow I’m filming upper with my videographer Laz and then client check ins and standard Friday antics!!

The first thing I would focus on here is what is causing digestion to be bad. Much like Kam said, if your digestion is bad , then it will have an impact on appetite. Are you eating the same food every day? What are you macros set like? Is protein too high? Are fats too high? Are you eating enough fibre? Really assess the current dietary situation and focus on getting your digestion better, this will make a huge difference.

Push done and dusted today! Happy with how it went! We are now back at full volume as we entered last week (post deload) as reduced volume, very much raring to go now!
We are also 14 weeks out from the first show of the season which saw some changes to the plan! A reduction in food and SLU being added in should see a shift in composition these coming few weeks.
TD food now sitting at 3248 and NTD food 2963
Steps are at 14k
SLU at 300mcg daily upon waking.
Weight has been trending down over the past couple weeks with minimal changes anyway, I started 3/4 weeks ago around the weight of 187lbs on average , as of this week I am now 184lbs. No anabolics currently being used, I will get bloods done and a blood let completed before we move into this phase of prep.
I am SO EXCITED to get this prep really underway! Very much ready to get shredded! I am seeing Cal tomorrow for an in person session and posing , so I’m looking forward to this!

Agree with the above from all athletes , especially what meg has mentioned. YOU choose to go through this. Always remove yourself from situations that might make you feel a little snappy and take 5 minutes. Even though your other half might be super understanding, she shouldn’t have to deal with taking the brunt of the snappiness

Gooood evening team! I hope everyone has had a good day! Rest day for me today, so had usual day at the warehouse with client check ins in the afternoon. I have push in the AM before work and then very much the same as today!

I personally wouldn’t, however if you’re really struggling I would half or even quarter the dose.

Pull today! This went much better than I thought it might, especially with how the elbow has been feeling. I had to change hand position around for a couple of movements but was still able to get the hard work done which is epic! The afternoon we spent taking the dog for a lovely long walk, and then home for a movie night on the sofa! What a lovely day indeed!
