First 3 sessions of the week done and dusted! Not too much satisfied with performance in the gym, pretty much hold all my numbers across each exercise but considering BW is going down again I will take it.
Rest day today which means:
– meal prep
– food shop
– house work / admin work
– work
– posingAlready done my fasted cardio/steps

Morning guys,
Upper sessions saw minimal progressions and on very exercise I matched reps. These sessions are still productive and they only means that we have to be patient in this game!Other than that lower today.
BW has come down again this past week so will see at the check in what will be the changes. -
Brief recap of the week end.
Saturday density sessions again was a decent one with numbers and overall performance.Sunday: rest day just spent doing regular staff: food prep/house works/ admin work. And also a big purchase on TBJP site for Black Friday!!
Today in for upper and rest of the day will be spent at work.

BW has come down again this morning after I can say one of the best nights of sleep in along time.Density day to wrap up the week of training. Have a great weekend end guys!

Push session was a decent one. Pretty much maintained all numbers / up in 2 lifts.
Last couple of days have been very busy. But I like that as it keeps my mind more “focused”. Density tomorrow and as always will rest Sunday. Can’t wait for the big BLACK FRIDAY sale. Time to make some stock for myself!

This morning a lower session is wainting me!
No bowel moments for a few days in a row and this thing is always frustrating for me. My BW goes up but it s always “false weight”. Let s hope it will settle! -
Busy Monday for me.
Upper session for me this morning, then onto some house works which consist of washing and cleaning an entire garage of my family which has been abandoned for years and then I will take tickets for a future trip to England for next year!!
I really hope it will come true.Have a nice of the week guys!

Rest day. BW isn t moving so much in the last 2 weeks. Basically after the mock prep it has remained the same.
Yesterday session wasn’t the best. I feel always so drained when I arrive at the 2/3 part of the workout. But all lift have held, and only one progressed. I will take it and move on.
Onto another week!

Yesterday push session done and dusted. Happy with numbers in the log book, I know it s just a case of rinse and repeat (better) now.
Today last session of the week…. density and tomorrow a very welcomed rest day. -
Good Friday guys!
Session this morning will be Push so let’s get after it. Apart from that I feel quite rested from yesterday RD.2 sessions left and we wrap up another week. Apart from that just usual day of work for me today!

At the moment, things are getting better. Still some family problems but nevertheless performance in the gym is going up! Just one task at time and be sure to tick all the boxes at the end of day!!

Morning guys, rest day for me today.
Yesterday’s session was a good one. Happy with performance and the feedback I received for my form on the exercises.Today plans are:
– cardio (already done)
– food prep / food shop
– admin work
– work as usual
– posing/ steps -
Not the best leg session yesterday. Pretty much maintained numbers across all movements. We will take it and crack on.
Today pull+delts.
3 days in a row are becoming very demanding but we will see how performance/recovery will go this following weeks and in case we will reassess!New low this morning, 55,3 kg. The leanest I ever been but after this “mock prep” now it should go up. Let’s see with tomorrow check in.

Monday session was a good one. Happy with performance with all moments. Now it is just about building momentum! Considering my BW hasn’t t come up these past 2 weeks , actually was a little bit down!
Today lower in the menu. Let’s see what we can get!!
