Not a successful one yesterday despite taking small progression in the first part of the session. I had to change my set up on the leg extensions because yesterday something felt off and that really made me nervous and I lost focus for the rest of the session.
Today rest day. To add I want to congrats to all TBJP athletes at the Olympia this years including @MeganSylvester and @rheagayle. Truly inspirations for me!
Today I have a little more time and I want to share my current shape and overall situation.

Right now my feelings and thoughts are a bit “lost”. Due to the fact that I have parted aways with Kuba due to economical situation (I still regret this but unfortunatelly is too late to come back but never say never) I want to truly put in the work like i m capable of doing and grow. I prove to myself that contest prep/diet is manageable if you are very disciplined like I am and this period post diet even if is harder, thanks to the discipline I received from every athlete in this forum for years, I m able to control myself and be patient knowing that this will allow only better chances to grow.
Right now I m looking for a coach and in the following weeks I will update about this topic. Plus at the end of this year I will 99% move to another city to persue this journey in bodybuilding in a better environment. But as always first thing is making sure I execute 100% the plan every day at my max capacity.
cheers guys!

Hey mate, I’m really sorry to hear that. It sounds like you need to get yourself into a good mental state for you to keep push towards your goals! How are you feeling at the moment? It’s normal to have these dips in training and mindset some times over the years. It’s a very taxing sport on your mind and body. [/quote]
Right now, better. I m managing this period at the best of my ability and I m proud of it. It only takes patience and discipline if you truly love this sport.
Hope things are going well for you too! -
Happy with performance yesterday! Pull and legs are definitely my go to sessions.
Push is always harder to progress/mantain but that’s excites me more sometimes..
Legs today and normal day at work.
Split since the beginning of my new journey with my coach hasn’t changed so much so I just crack on. -
Another week of training done and dusted. Pretty happy with the session yesterday!
Today normal RD spend to do:

House cleaning

A decent upper session yesterday. Only decent because even if I took progressions across all movements I don’t know why on my second set on the high incline smith I lost half a rep.
Such a pussy ahahah!! Next time better bracing/breathing and we will take it.Today final session of the week: Lower and tomorrow rest day.

Work up this morning feeling well rested from yesterday even if my rest days are pretty busy and expenditure isn t low ( yesterday I finished with 19 k steps and 30 min of fasted cardio + 2 posing rounds).
Upper today on the menu! Have a nice Friday all!

Rest day today. Much needed to be fair. 3 days in a row are quite taxing for this reason I will see if I can carry on with this split or switch to upper/lower.
Usual routine as a RD:
– cardio/steps
– food shop
– house work
– work
