As I supposed, yesterday pull session was a successful one. Happy with numbers and performance in general.
This now are all data’s which I will take for the future. I will know that during the first session after only 2 days rest/deload, I must be more “focus” and don’t be silly with numbers and loads.

Not the best push session yesterday. But I know every time I have a few days off, my progressions took a hit in fact I lost a rep in every single movement. But I know from experience that the following week everything will progress again!
Pull on the cards today! I don’t let that this one will be a mediocre session!

Push on the cards today. Let s see how will the performance be like after 2 weeks no repeating it.
Session:
Machine laterals
Chest press
Smith incline press
Chest flyes
SA laterals
JM PRESS

What a day yesterday! Really cool see all the guys in the venue! Met Kuba’s client who competed in classic physique and man what a package!!
Now back to usual routine. Today rest and tomorrow push session. -
Early wake for me: 3:30 am got up, currently doing my cardio and after it I will travel to Milan. I m sure it will be a great day!
Yesterday session was a solid one, took progressions across the vast majority of movements! Happy but never satisfied..

Morning guys, yesterday’s session was class. Everything felt good and took progressions across the board.
Today last session of the week which will be lower.
Tomorrow I will travel to Milan for the Koloseum Pro. -
Upper on the menu today! Let’s see how it will go.. other than that it will be a usual day of work.

Morning guys. Rest day today. Cardio done this morning and a good crunch of steps.

– prepare all suitcases/food for this week end in Milan

Upper yesterday was a nice one. Took progressions across all exercises.

– adductor
– seated ham
– leg ext
– pendulum
– leg press

Morning guys, today upper session instead of my usual Push session as I explained in my previous post. I simply combined some exercises of my push/pull session and looking forward to progress them!
After that normal day at work. Have a great Monday all!

Lower session went well yesterday. Menaged to retain and even increase numbers!
Today much needed RD. The following week I will train only 4 times as opposed to 5 as my usual due to the fact that the following week I will travel to Milan again to see the Koloseum Pro show! Can’t wait to see all the athletes!

Not super proud about the performance yesterday. But I connect it to the fact that I ve been at the same BW for several months now.
BW on may was about 61 kg ish and now the lowest has been 58 kg.Nonetheless today lower session. Let s finish strong this week!

Much needed rest day. I wake up this morning feeling trashed…
An ordinary rest day which will be spend to do:
– cardio/steps
– admin work
– food shop
– house jobs
– workOnto upper tomorrow!

Pull day yesterday where I took slight progressions. I m only disappointed for the first set of barbell smith row where my set up wasn’t great. I will definitely correct it next time.
