Not really , the straight leg aspect trains the hamstring more , you will get some adductor stim , but will get much more rear adductor from a stiff leg pull where the leg is slightly bent and then locked into place , the adductor has tons of leverage in that start point pull

I look at the individuals development , if they are still pretty under muscled , I’m entirely ignoring any previous use and starting again , first cycle kind of doses and then taking them through that properly
Can use mast , just use less test. Realism is first cycle is 250-300mg of drugs , most will be able to take 150mg test without any issue , So then add 100-150mg mast ontop.
That’s it job done

It looks good but remember the back getting that second set adds more fatigue before you reach the legs , so do you NEED the additional sets ? It isn’t about what you can recover from always , it’s also about the session getting too crazy and the stuff at the end getting harder to progress

Some drug improvement knowledge , no one understood e2 or insulin back then like we do now
I think the knowledge across bb is higher across the board , sadly the work rate and the people entering it thay are complete pussies is also decreasing a lot
So timeframe wise I will be mid back end of the year , as I will tidy again nov / dec to make sure I have a start point that is very tidy and then early next year I need to be in levels of muscle that are muscle to spare basically so I can be ready to lose some to get truly legit , but still be the biggest . I’m confident that with structural weaknesses I can still win with that plan

A HUGE consideration , is I have been lifting since I was 12 ( properly lifting , first ever coach was an Olympic weightlifting coach ) , my ability to endure mid session fatigue is higher than anyone I have ever trained with and my ability to endure session to session fatigue is the same . Comparing what I can do / recover from and consistently do , is so utterly useless for you , like SO SO useless .

In terms of weak points , all of you is weak, your young , don’t get caught up in that , focus on pushing your weight up to 120/125 kg over the next couple years and then it will be more apparent what is still weaker

You made immense gains ! Really immense , hard to say exact number , but what time frame did you do it over ? Remember the slower you go , the more your gonna get that’s quality ? You can easily run that test / mast cycle for 7/8 months before needing a break

, it’s 200mg of each a day , so it’s 1ml , I don’t pin lower body at all, I rotate across all upper sites , I use an insulin needle

, I’m very very happy with my condition for that weight . I will defo start posting progress pics soon, I just only want to share progress , so it has to be bigger and better than anything you have seen from me before otherwise that’s regression pics and we don’t want that haha . Over the next couple months I won’t go much above 280 as I want to stay at this body fat
