Unless ur at pro / national level, yes you should be able to get everything in. If u have an absurd amount of muscle , like james/Luke level , then its diff , and it’s about managing everything as best u can to have the best career possible. For anyone who is doing this as a hobby, it’s pretty crazy to think that you would let markers stay out .

I will do, I forgot to fire them up. Stefan and I looked at them, and as I mentioned everything was fine aside from hema a touch high ( one blood let will fix) , but barely and hdl at 0.7 , everything else totally fine

Marc, just being mindful of what your doing is usually going to be enough to see you make the progress you want, and be ok. As Luke has said; Don’t be reckless with your doses. Regular blood work , heart scans and just taking breaks , will see you in a good spot to pick anything up before it happens

I am really noticing improvements in Corinne’s balance , delts and arms are better , back is better . I wanna see her hammies up more but for off gear for 7 weeks now , this is looking v gd indeed. Once that var comes back in, and she really pushes up in weight , will see the best Corinne to date

I haven’t tried basa but right now I’m not overly fussed on taste. My food is high , v soon will be over 900 carb on leg days n then it’s just about getting it in

Remember training is just about creating adaptations , so the underlying base is there and then after periods of time you feel out nuances that will apply to you the individual.
My underlying thoughts on training are unchanged for a v long time now :
Beginners – full body , train as frequent as poss, only do the hard stuff . Zero fluff
Intermediate – upper lower , little more focus on weaker areas but still focus on the hard stuff
Advanced , push pull legs , add in more iso work, focus on stuff that struggles to grow
Pro level , split stuff up even more to focus even more on stuff that needs extra focus
That is how I take clients from start to

It would just detract too much from what we are trying to achieve

– Monday: great idea re free weights. I would also use the dumbell floor press for triceps , tight elbows and hands facing each other
Ok for ur lats, watch my video about lat activation and then watch one of the sessions that has single arm lat rows. These will be helpful to establish as much balance as poss and at least challenge the left side as much as u can, even if the load is diff that you use , just train it to the best of its ability
For the delt work, have u tried using wrist cuffs? So you don’t really have to think about holding the handle . How do you get on with machine laterals ?
