    As Peter said slowly work your way up to baseline and give your body enough rest to restore levels. You could also try the test boosting supplements by jp.

    I’d suggest 100iu daily or 200iu daily when looking to conceive. 300mg would be double the dose for trt so you may struggle to get fsh lh in range at that dose. As Peter said e2 will increase so you could try jp oestrogen block but some require aromosin whilst on trt.

    Most people suffer with digestion over 130g fat so for that reason it’s difficult to eat as many fats as carbs unless your choosing a low carb approach but even then digestion suffers over that amount for most.

    Coming off the back of a few high carb days to fill back out over the last few days. Today I pushed to 700g and will assess tomorrow to see what needs doing. Its very much a day to day evaluation at the moment. I’m using insure by jp to help on the higher carb days as I don’t use insulin. My sensitivity is generally good as I run carbs fairly low during a diet phase. Wishing everyone a great time as a big part of the JP team hit Italy this weekend. Everyone is looking incredible and I know they will do some damage.

    I use jp insure when loading carbs on high days, 1 cap per 50g of carbs.

    People use it In life long trt prescribed by the Dr. Dose is usually 100iu daily or 200iu for those looking to conceive on trt dose (around 150mg). The Dr’s may also prescribe hmg.

    Weight hitting a new low this week, some lose skin on glutes where the fat is slowly coming off so getting closer to where I need to be. Food has actually gone up but metabolism is now in overdrive so I am able to increase food and still drop more bfat. Jiu-jitsu is also going well and I’m closing in on my purple belt after some positive words from my coach. Looking forward to seeing kuba and Hector at the Italy pro show this weekend, both are looking amazing. Also a shout out to Jay on the team who won the overall at the 2bros Pro last weekend showing he is a real contender for pro status.

    As above you should have enough fats to ensure they stick but loading fats after not having many doesn’t make sense to me. Some people may pull carbs and increase fats if they fill out early and feel they are slightly over spilt. But to be honest with diuretics spilling isn’t a major issue and sometimes necessary to avoid flattening too Much when putting in diuretics.

    I’m so glad when started bodybuilding we had non of the information out today. Everything you mentioned didn’t exist in our vocabulary. I hear people write on here sometimes and it feels like they are having the worst time training and bodybuilding, the stress and over thinking is ruining an experience that should be enjoyable. My opinion may not be agreed with by everyone but for those starting their bodybuilding journey I recommend eating like a machine, good Food and some bad then train like a fucking animal. Picture the physique you want and take yourself to any place necessary to torture your body each week to force it to grow muscle. Most people don’t have the ability to take themselves to these places week after week Year after year and enjoy it. You may get a more Scientific response about regulating recovery but I would forget about steps and calories and focus on lots of good food and the hard training and what you want to achieve and enjoy the process. Then when you have a shit load of muscle you could tidy up abit.

    If you don’t wish to take anything like that then don’t ever feel pressured. You can of course get lean naturally and many do, just look at the natural bodybuilders. Clen will increase calorie output by increasing heart rate and of course is an effective fat burner for this reason.

    Work continues, weight dropping as planned, little more off glutes then I will slowly fill out as carbs and overall cals have been super low and movement high this cut, far more than I expected but things are never the same each time in bodybuilding and I enjoy finding the solutions.
