I can’t imagine your cardio being so intense that it impacts your recovery. If anything cardio will improve muscle recovery. I personally like steps as I can work them into my day and top up on a walking pad or running machine if needed.

    Just a little Update,

Food now pretty Low, sitting around 2k cals which seems drastically low but its just where I need to go to get lean, no matter my starting point with cals. Weight at 117kg so dropped 7kg over the last 7weeks. Fortunately I’m not a foody so low cals is not a problem for me. Once bfat hits a very low level I will begin to fatigue. I’ve felt this a little over the last 2 weeks but I reckon another 3 to 4kg and I will be close, I’m super flat come sat so I put in 500g carbs and a meal Off on a sat which puts around 2kg back on and things look alive again. This allows me to stay full until Tues before dropping below my previous weight the week before. 1kg loss a week was the goal and its been dead on each week. Super relaxed at the minute and enjoying seeing my body slowly come back.

Cor digest easy. I can get most of my pre workout meal options in 1 to 1.5 hrs prior to training

Don’t ever touch testosterone with those natural readings. If your not feeling great or fatigued it’s probably a rest and over training/ working issue.

I like carbs pre and post. It’s preference really if you want them pre training.

If you can’t get aromasin then arimidex at a low dose as Peter said if very effective at lowering oestrogen just enough to sit in a good range.

Like any mineral or vitamin if you over do it you can get digestive issues and other sides. I would aim for one serving a day unless you sweat a large amount to require 2 doses.

If you feel good with this approach and training intensity and recovery is good then stick with it. I’d struggle with my digestion with this but if your fine then all good.

As Peter said omega pro. I’d start at 6 capsules and potentially work up to 8 to 10 A day depending on bloods.

Hard to say really as it’s different for everyone. If you continue to add a 1lb or 2 a week at this then stick with it. If your still stalling reduce movement and slowly increase cals until your happy with a steady gain. If you get too sloppy then pull back but it should take some time to get to that. I find an extra 300 to 500kcal a day initially after a prep is a good start.

I feel like shit pushing food up. Definitely normal when you consider how many calories your having to process alongside recovery from hard training.

Tuna steak or beef steaks and eggs for me. I’ve had chicken before. I prefer whole food over shakes when I can.
