    As Kuba says there’s a limit for everyone and it can vary but over eating protein can definitely be detrimental in other ways. I keep Protein lower when cals are high and slowly increase them when they drop. I’m 122kg and eat between 280 to 300g per day but often see 70kg guys trying to eat 300 a day.

    If you feel best taking it at a certain time then continue to do that. Even if its placebo you still feel good so your winning. I don’t do high dose with supps as I end up just shitting myself. Everyone has a sweet spot so if you have found yours then you have begun instinctive bodybuilding.

    Anytime you put in an anabolic I would expect a weight increase so its normal to not see drastic weight loss but the goal is better composition. When natural you know you need a loss on the scale to see a visible improvement in general. When on anabolics the scale does not always relate to composition.

    My friend ended up with kidney failure and eventually died at 40 years old mainly because he used this drug during preps. If someone has recommended this to you then they clearly have no interest in your health.

    It’s been a while so thought I would update on here. I’ve slowly been decreasing my cals and increasing output. Weight has gone from 125kg to 121kg. In that shit phase currently where I’m not lean enough to look good and not full enough to look big lol. Another few weeks and I should rid the last of the hip and back fat. Cals are pretty low but I always have to go low no matter my starting point. I’ve gone from 4.5k Cals to 2.5cals. Ive put makros and cycle below. May add a visual update on here when I look less shit.

    If running trt I would run a 100iu dose of hcg daily. For conceiving on trt Dr’s recommend 200iu daily and potentially hmg 3 x a week.

    Agree with Peter here. I’ve had mixed reviews on bcp. Some swear by it where as others haven’t noticed a huge amount of difference so It’s situational as to how well it may work.

    Only on prep. I would just keep the weights the same each time. Ketchup and mustard are lower on cals than most sauces.

    It’s certainly not going to harm you. You could give it a try and see how you get on. I don’t personally use it on its own. I use mps .max before/during Training.
