I’d only weigh daily if you are in prep and need to monitor every detail clearly. Otherwise I would just weigh once per week.

A small dose of primo or Mast e could help here but hard to source at mo so eq could be an option. As suggested the other option is reduce your dose. It’s common for trt Dr’s to prescribe aromasin to trt prescriptions to control estrogen.

You can up.doses in a cycle. Blood work will tell you how much you can push up doses. Experience also plays a factor and level of physique. Saying this though more doesn’t always mean more. Many experienced bodybuilders over the years use lower doses later on as they know their sweet spot. The longer I’ve been in bodybuilding the more I’ve realised it’s not about steroids at all. When I started like everyone i believed it was a magic potion that would turn me into a world class bodybuilder. Oh how I was wrong lol. I’ve seen people on 3 grams a week who barely look like they train and smaller than some natural bodybuilders and I’ve seen some take next to nothing and look incredible. If your new to this I wouldn’t go above 600mg a week. You could start at 300 and move up 50mg per time for example.

Not a fan of that idea. Pick foods that digest well most importantly. Some may require a Digestive supplement but not for every meal just a one off dose.

I’d say increase healthy fats here and improve sleep as Peter has mentioned. Jp also does a natural stack that may help improve your natural hormones.

Gets bloods done first just for peace of mind if it helps but yes gh is perfectly safe.
