Training going very well at the minute. Injuries are playing nice and still growing on minimal anabolics. Food is being pushed, one thing I have always struggled with is eating so I’m making it my priority to push food. 3 more weeks and I will pull Calories abit so it’s the last push of food. Weight around 124kg, can probably get this up 3 kg over the next 3 weeks. Midsection pretty tight for this weight. Looking forward to seeing what this year brings. Currently at 500mg total. Will push up slightly when Calories lower so I know I have room to grow a little more.

Either, some prefer with food due to stomach upsets. Definitely continue pre training.

I wouldn’t go that high and I’m 125kg. I like 2g to 2.5g per kg max 3g if carbohydrates are lower. Everyone is individual, don’t just jump to that, trial different amounts and track digestion, training and recovery.

I know Sweden has very strict rules on anabolics. I’m surprised they don’t have private health clinics there that help with things like this though. Optimale.co.uk is popular here, I believe they post it out but not sure if they work in Europe too.

I would add a protein scoop into m5 with the fage. Just start on this and if weight goes down your in a deficit. If it goes up your in a surplus and if you stay the same your at maintenance. I would run this for 4 weeks then asses what you need to do moving forward depending on weight changes.

Decent week of training. Slowly seeing some muscle come back now, weight around 122kg. Cycle is still 300mg cyp and 200mg mast e. Next week will be the start of tidying my diet up and tracking it in more detail. Protein needs to move up a little as I’m eating 5 meals as opposed to the 6 I used to eat. I prefer getting everything in over less meals now days as my digestion is not as good as it once was. Once I get lean again I’m sure digestion will improve and I can add another meal if needed. Shout out to Joe who won his pro card today, years of hard graft paid off.

So instead of feeling sluggish due to low test you may aswell runt trt up until your ready to go back on. Your blood work can stay in range on trt.

I wouldn’t recommend cold turkey again as you can feel pretty shitty. Over time your natural test will come back a little more, you can also use natural test boosters to help after a pct. It usually comes back less and less over the years due to age and cycles.

I would suggest atleast lowering to 100/200mg to see if you have the same issue. If you have high rbc I’d recommend blood letting every 3 months.

I only use it on higher carbohydrate days when pushing weight and large quantities of carbs. I don’t think it matters when but earlier meals would make sense to give your body the micronutrients needed for carbohydrate absorption throughout the day. 1 per 50g carbs.
