Up steps here definitely. Also asses where your fat intake is an Adjust that if needed. Protein should be high at 2 to 2.5g per kg minimum and could be pushed to 3g during the deeper end of a cut.

I’ve always used an ai leading into a show to drop oestrogen but using primo could be enough to drop your oestrogen without an ai.

Training is going well. Weight around 123kg, cycle at 500mg total so getting the most out of a low dose. Cals around 4k. Starting to tidy things up and log foods abit more now so finding my flow again. Jiu-jitsu game has slowed a little so won’t compete until I’m back around 120kg. I find my movement and inverting a little more difficult with the added 7/8kg. Finding the drive for bodybuilding again so will do a mini cut soon to see how things are looking.

I would run 4 weeks of high dose hcg then Clomid for 2 to 4 weeks after. Some people just cold turkey and eventually some of your natural test will return

As Jordan has said they will do the same thing. At the doses your doing i wouldn’t worry too much. Just eat clean and keep some cardio in. If your main concern is health then drop to trt or come off anabolics completely.

Aldactone you can take a week prior and gradually build up and calculate how much you want for the look you want. Diazide is more instant so a day or so before the show. Care needs to be taken not to over do it as you can ruin a look quickly if Diazide is over used.

Everything moving in the right direction at the moment. Weight up to 122.5kg, test moved up to 300mg last week so this will continue to move up. Did barbell press this evening for the 1st time in a long time and felt a warning pinch in my left pec. I never do barbell press for this reason and that will be my last ever one. With injuries over the years I need unilateral movements otherwise my injured side takes a hit. I’m happy to take the warning, ice and some massage therapy this week.
