If your in a deficit and dropping weight too quick you can increase cals. If your in maintenance and dropping weight then increase cals until weight is stable each week.

Training going really well at the minute. Having decent test levels after 4 years really helps during Training. I actually don’t like it other than Training. I’m not a fan of the increased sex drive, hot flushes and slight anxiety but I know this will level out. Had a good open mat for jiu-jitsu followed by a decent leg session Friday. Saturday I’m not good for much so I can only drum up the energy for arms. Sundays are always rest day for me. Weight this morning pre chest was 120.4kg. Slowly creeping up, plan on moving test up to 300 this week so that will bump me again. Food is high and I’m very full but my strength is improving quickly as I move back into the 6plate category for chest. Back tomorrow which is always fun with more test lol.

You won’t lose gains long term. You may notice a slight decrease in size but when you get back to the training it will come straight back. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing so all your hard work is stored ready to come back when you’re regular again.

Insulin pins cause less trauma to the tissue I find. If you get pain it can sometimes be the oil causing the issue.

Shoulders today with some traps and calfs. Shoulders have never been my strong point so I’ve been hitting them on a separate day for some time and it has definitely helped. I’ve got alot stronger on them and feel focusing a day on them may seem unnecessary for most but definitely what I needed. Weight hovering around 119kg on 200mg cyp and 200mg mast e. I’m also running 200iu hcg daily to avoid complete testicular dystrophy.

Much needed rest day today. I don’t get many now as usually I will have jiu-jitsu on weds but my coach is away so il take an extra rest. Tomorrow is shoulders with some calfs before a busy Friday of open mat and legs. Getting 5 meals in daily and at a guess im around 3.5 to 4k a day. I’m looking to push this for aslong as possible until I need to pull back.

All of the above. I Would not recommend push pull legs all in a row either. I like a rest day inbetween back and legs

Not posted much on here but will be regularly posting again as I share my journey back to bodybuilding alongside jiu-jitsu. Jiu-jitsu has been going well, i won my first absolute recently so moving in the right direction. I’ve just started back on 200mg cyp. I will slowly increase this and add a little masteron. My goal is to see how I respond after 4 years off. Ive trained the same just a little less volume after the last 4 years. Weight is at 119kg after 3 weeks on 200mg. My goal is 125 to 130 cleanish before coming back down to around 118kg. I want to try and show that you don’t need alot to yield good results. I see alot of concerning posts on here with heavy cycles and insulin use and I don’t believe this is necessary to build a decent physique or competitive physique. I will post current diet and training over the coming weeks.

Jordan has given you perfect first cycle advice. Primo is mild and doesn’t skew blood work yet still provides nice growth and increased recovery. Pct wise there is a whole thread on it on here if you search pct. You will find the full pct cycle advice under that.

Unfortunately I can’t see the pics. That’s a serious amount of growth and if your in shape then you have some good genetics to gain at that rate. The most important thing is enjoying it and not over thinking it

Hopefully I can see pics if attached differently
