If you feel lethargic or tired all the time and bloods consistently show you below or close to lowest recommened level. I wouldn’t recommend it before 45 unless you have naturally low levels reducing your quality of life.

I’d slowly increase cals 300kcal per day for the 1st few weeks and reassess before bumping up again.

Haven’t experienced it for a long time. What brand are you using? I’d make sure I was running vitd plus k 2 x a day plus vitc every 4 hours and eating plenty of micronutrients whilst staying hydrated.

All anabolics from small to large doses will impact heart health. As Jordan said you could avoid it. I would just do regular blood work and an echo or ecg yearly

Likely hood is you will require 500 to 1000kcals more so do as the others have mentioned and increase as needed.
