    hey buddy, i am currently starting a fertility cycle, whilst staying on cycle. You need HMG to help spermagenasis, you could use HCG also, i will this time as my balls have shrunk to peas lol. My dosage will be 75iu HMG and 2500iu HCG mon and Thurs, you could do a further 75iu of hmg on sat but it’s costly. I will run this until i conceive but will probably go for tests aswell. Maybe worth holding out to make sure the mrs is okay first, otherwise your pumping stuff in for no reason (parden the pung).

    hey buddy, less carbs help me with water retention, each gram of carb takes water with it to the muscle. I swell up like professor clump if i eat too many as im not that tolerant to them. However, if your looking to grow during this cycle you would want a surplus of cals. Perhaps you could use fat more for this surplus. Also make sure your water content is sufficient, too little and you will hold water. i also use VitC, 1000 to 2000mg a day.

    I personally don’t get too fluffy in the offseason, probably around 5 to 6kg from stage weight (not inc water). I like to keep my insulin response nice and sensitive and keep my carbs controlled all year. I know James has packed on a serious amount of muscle this year using a much cleaner approach. It definitely depends on the individual, i.e are you a endo, mes, Ectomorph, Hard gainer, easy gainer etc. When you look at the 90s guys like Dorian, Lee Priest, Jay, they would push weight and get huge, it really depends on the approach that works for you so it could be a case of trial and error. A surplus is a surplus, 500 over or 2000 over. There’s an argument for both approaches, either way they both require discipline,. either to control your eating or to push until your uncomfortable consistently for long periods of time.

    push day today, all i could manage after density day yesterday. We focused on shoulders today, so one push is chest focused and the other shoulders. I have a rest day tomorrow then legs weds. enjoy your bank holiday all.

    I’d imagine whey powders are exposed to all sorts in the extraction process when being made so doubt it would harm the nutrients. Still if you can avoid like suggested above then you will be certain it’s okay.

    Trialled out the density day with the main focus on RDLs today. loved it, definitely feel like this is going to be a great addition to my training split.
    session below:
    Ex1: seated leg curl
    Ex2: RDLs *one heavy set*
    Ex3: pulldown movement
    Ex4: chest supported row
    Ex5: pendulum squat
    Ex6: single leg press
    2 working sets on all apart from RDLs.

    hey, i would avoid cardio on leg days to allow sufficient recovery, on other days light cardio is fine, obviously if your feeling extremely fatigued on occasion then avoid it, unless your in contest prep and it needs to be done.

    IMO i wouldn’t do it buddy, sending the wrong signals to the legs, once we break the tissue down via the weights we want to start the recovery process asap

    Definitely fertile – feel like I’m getting pregnant just looking at you now!

    Everything’s ticking along nicely matey, definitely starting to tighten up in the right areas. How’s the pec doing now? Is it on the same side as your shoulder niggle. Guessing Harry has had a good few sessions on it, but guessing you’ve increased curcumin and other anti-inflammatory supps?

    Look forward to seeing the new footage bud. Sorry I was unavailable for posing that day and you had to ask an amateur like Calum to fill in.

    Hey Sam, lol hopefully my sperm will be ready to get back to work after laying in my ball sack like a bunch of council workers fixing a drain for some time. yes same side buddy, Harry is working his magic and I’m being sensible on my push days now. My supplement regime is spot on, i find the biggest flair up is from higher carbs say when i have a meal off. obviously carbs are an inflammatory and I’m very sensitive to them so i just need to be aware of that. Yer hopefully you will pick up some tips from the posing video, lol yer i new you would be busy so i got an amatuer in. Calum is coming on quickly now, can’t wait to see him on a classic stage soon.
