Leg day today, felt amazing on Prepare, felt super focused the whole workout and the pump was insane. Full workout is on my instastory if you fancy a watch. Put in some extra food today, weight is sticking at 113kg and im happy with the current offseason condition. Still yet to set a plan in action for competing, will see what the bossman JP says

Just keeps your balls producing test and sperm. Not sure if Its beneficial fertility wise as HMG is used for spermagenases. test wise you will be running off the synthetic cruise dose so not beneficial in that sense

he’s only running test, if he was to run another compound like npp then i would maybe hold off, as he’s not i would personally start straight away.

I would say 400mg test per week and 50mg var pre workout should be more than sufficient for holiday shape. focus on the hard training and perfect nutrition, 750mg plus.would get your health markers up quicker. obviously up to you but thats what i would do, id even be tempted to add in 200mg to 400mg of npp.

HCG will get your testicles producing testosterone but when you stop your body will be producing via your pituitary gland. Clomid will double this production so many move onto clomid post HCG.

I have starter the fast and plan not to eat until Friday morning 1 question though so far i have only drunk water could i have a black coffee during this fast or is that also better left out.
i find coffee can have a laxative effect so depends if you want that. Probably not with IBS

Would be good to see your current composition too. Sometimes dropping bfat can do wonders for increasing appetite and building muscle, you may also need a deload week, if your fatigued, not sleeping well then these can all impact appetite so there are many factors.

looks like your doing all the right things buddy, maybe look at the foods that are causing you to feel bloated, so a case of trial and error. Like Hilly said remove the Tren and see if that helps. Have you got a list of your staple foods, we may be able to spot potential foods that are causing the bloating.

I was thinking since I train first thing in the morning and have 90% of my carbs around training, maybe my pre workout meal (first thing upon waking and 60-90 minutes before training) then I have an Intra and post workout meal all carb heavy, it slows down my digestion and my body just can’t catch up. Maybe I should lower the pre workout meal and spread the carbs out to post post meal and see how that does. Or even go to a protein shake and some fats pre workout and keep Intra and post workout and post post with most carbs more like a JP diet set up and see how that would work for me
